Stayed Jul 22, 2023After arriving at the accommodation, we experienced an unpleasant shock. It is a beautifully designed apartment on the third floor - maisonette type. However, the accommodation is shabby and equipped with old furniture of all kinds. Bedroom: musty duvets and pillows. Closets full of stuff - you can't tell if it's washed or used. Shelves attached in such a way that you fear they will come off. There is nowhere to store your clothes. Living room: Settee and armchairs pushed in and dirty upholstery. Many electrical cords plugged into an extension cord. Many lights were off. Unorganized dishes in the kitchen and some dirty dishes. No towels. We had to wash all the dishes beforehand. Dirty extractor hood - a deposit of greasy dust on the filter. Undried bed linen in the bathrooms. If I pay €180 for cleaning, I don't expect to have to wash and dry clothes one after the other. Plus, I can't wait in the apartment for the laundry to dry because I'm blocking the cleaning lady. 3x Bathrooms - no towels, there was no soap at all or it was diluted with water. The apartment was not cleaned upon arrival. Bottles, cans in the kitchen. A full ashtray on the balcony. Old shoes thrown in the corner. Dishwasher not emptied. The trash cans in the toilets were not taken out. The owner charges 180 EURO for the final cleaning. We immediately called the owner and asked him to refund the cleaning fee. We suggested that we clean the apartment before our departure, No answer from him.
