The apartment is located in Fischbachau in the charming district Birkenstein in a small side street, quiet and yet easily accessible.
It belongs to a architecturally interesting ensemble built by the architect Ullbricht for his own family, but is completely separate from the main house with a separate entrance and two private terraces.

It is an ideal starting point for relaxing hikes and bike rides directly from the front door or even excursions in the beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Alps.
The wonderful landscape attracts with nature experiences, but also the fast attainable cities like Munich, Rosenheim or Kufstein offer many outstanding leisure possibilities in all weather.

Renovated in 2019 and newly furnished apartment has a tastefully and comfortably furnished living room with oak dining table and pull-out sofa bed (140x200). The large window front offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and our lovingly landscaped garden.

Adjacent to the living room the kitchen, with the newly built in 2019, modern kitchenette. After a restful night, step outside the patio door and watch the sunrise. Another seat on this terrace is ideal for a full breakfast in the morning sun.
