It was the perfect little place for us. Great location and felt like home.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The TV didn't work.

Couldn’t access property,code did not work, had to rent elsewhere and still having issues with vrbo on refund and they won’t even let me talk to a mgr there, owners are out of country , very disappointed having to shell out over a $1000 for two nights , don’t think I will ever rent from vrbo moving forward, more than likely will be looking at legal action to recover my money,

Room was good but the view was awesome. Only used pool once due to the limited hours of use, but the pool was really good.

No problem accessing the condo. Everthing was clean. Great location. I only wish there would have been more disclosure about how the rennovations of the complex affected view of beach during my latest stay. Otherwise 5 stars.

Nice condo complex, quiet area, next to a restaurant. Close to beach acess. Remodeling going on. Ocean view from balcony door was hidden by vinyl barrier during our visit.

Host did not disclose the extent of the exterior construction. The ocean view was blocked by plastic sheeting and the construction workers removed the living room window while we were inside the third floor condo. The host refunded part of the

Initial contact was welcoming

We loved it!! We had a wonderful experience when we first entered the room. They had turned on soft jazz, music, and it just felt so peaceful. The blinds were all open so we could see the view. Everything was really beautiful and we could find everything that we needed perfectly reasonably.I would definitely stay again. They also warned us ahead of time and gave us the option to have a full refund when there were plans of construction around their building and their particular unit. We decided it was going to be a fine for us, and it didn’t matter at all. My mom said she had the best sleep of her life!

The exterior and interior of the building under construction. Balcony closed off with wood no blinds on the main window facing west, so evening sun directly into the condo. Hot and bright, yikes!This place was not with even half of what I paid for. False advertising on VRBO. The bed was uncomfortable. No soap in the shower.

The property was overall clean, however there were a few let downs. The automatic door locks didn’t work very well. Was very frustrating, as it wouldn’t allow entry and took several minutes for it to finally release the lock and allow entry. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The host was prompt in getting back to me with my questions. The other let-down was it seems they were in the process of renovating the exterior of the complex. You could tell that there was a lot of water damage. There was a lot of construction noise and tools, lumber and workers in the way. This also made access to the property a problem.

Very cozy and homey stay! The Sleep Number bed was super comfortable, and the full kitchen with stove and dishwasher was a great perk. The view was stunning! A few small issues (non-working fireplace, flickering light, some outlets not working), but overall a great experience.

Great Vacation

Quiet condo with nice comfortable beds. Construction work is going on and condo showed some wear and tear.

My boys and I had a good time. Beach was great in the morning, but too windy during the day, luckily for us there was a pool!! I wish we would have known the hot tub was down though. Condo was great, pretty dusty and ground was dirty but there was a lot of construction going on, on the complex so that was most likely why. I was told about the construction before hand which was nice. Really wish we could have used the balcony… it would be nice for the fresh air and the enjoyment. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the area. Definitely worth the trip and made some great memories!

This little condo was great for a weekend away for 2! Clear view of the ocean from the sliding door with a small balcony off the living room and a short easy walk to it! We loved just sitting and listening to the waves. The best part was the view of the ocean, especially in the late afternoon light, the sound of the surf, and proximity to the actual sand and water. There is plenty of cookware if you want to stay in. We were bummed to find the hot tub in the complex empty, but thats on the condo property managers and not the lovely folks renting their place. This property is as advertised. It is clean and well maintained. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is lovely and the beach is clean and not clogged with wood (as some are in Lincoln City). Appreciated the clean and updated pots, dishes and utensils. Stayed three weeks here. Convenient and close to stores, restaurants and the Sunday market.

Great location, the balcony is the highlight. FYI, it seems like the wifi is spotty in this area, we had some trouble with it, and the cell service (AT&T) in Lincoln City is spotty, as well. However, we had great communication with the owners, they were very responsive!

Very relaxing place with a nice view of the ocean. Comfy bed. But checking in was rather difficult and confusing. And the maid left used towels on the racks in the bathroom. Other than that - a great place.

Loved it! The view is so nice, and the balcony is just right. It had everything we needed, and was clean with a comfortable bed, and beach access right there.

The owners were super easy to work with, even though my spouse did not check his email for the balance payment. The condo was very clean and we loved being able to leave the sliding door open to feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing. Also, no need to go out to watch fireworks as we could see many from the balcony. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed a beautiful stay here! The ocean view and sound of the ocean were perfect for our weekend getaway. The apartment was clean with an easy check-in process. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes that met our needs. Beach access is a simple walk and hose is available to wash sand. We enjoyed the property pool and hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

The place was not that clean, when we arrived neither the floor nor the sliding glass door were cleaned. Most concerning was the bed. We took the sheets off as instructed when leaving. The mattress cover was not clean at all, creepy not clean. We will not be back but for future guests, a basic dusting/clean floors and bedding including the mattress cover would be our suggestion. Kitchen was stocked with great cook wear. It was also very difficult to find the actual condo number, Finally got it from owners on check in. A word of advice, reception with phones are not always available, the apt. # could be emailed before arrival.

Loved the view of the ocean. Layout was nice and choice of furniture was good. Kitchen had literally everything for cooking in. Bring tour own coffee(kcups or ground). Spices etc. Are slim but there are some there. Would have given a five star had the bed been more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Great place for the price.

We had a wonderful stay. Place was very clean and a great location. The only issue , We had conflicting check in and out time. Cleaning lady came at 11am. Our email stated check in at 6pm check out at 2pm. Form in condo said check out 11am website site said 12pm. Verccconfusing

What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, quiet, close to town and the ocean view was the best. We had a very relaxing week recharging our batteries.

Kitchen was very well stocked, but sleep number bed did not work on one side, and fireplace did not work. Having an elevator would have been nice, since the room was on the third floor, but it was nice for the price.

Location was awesome. Very close to beach and shops and restaurants. Fireplace did not work and we communicated it with the host. Host was very late on replies and even stopped communicating with us when we asked multiple times on how to get the fireplace working. We followed all directions to get fireplace going and texted the host multiples times but nothing was done. Don’t expect the fireplace to work, and don't expect timeliness responses from the host.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The Condo was very clean. We look firward to staying again.

Great location! Had everything we needed for a couple of days. It looked as if the decor on wall had been taken down, and not as orderly add pictures showed, but still a nice stay. Host was very prompt in responding to any questions, which we appreciated! Something to note, there is no elevator, and there is a building between your place and ocean. Didn't matter to us but it may to others. Thanks abunch!

Pretty much the only good reviews we can give is the view from the balcondy and the location. Fireplace didnt work and hot tub was empty. Bummer for the anniversary get away

When we arrived it was 11pm at night. We had some trouble opening the door. Once i got ahold of the owner, she provided some helpful info for the key pad as well as a code for the backup key. No elevator and the condo was on the third story. Great view. No air conditioning and the puolet light on the fireplace blew out the first night. Limited parking. Overall, i wpuld recommend.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was perfect. Beach access was easy near the condo or there are 2 other access points headed in the direction of the casino. The condo was very clean and we found everything we needed in the well-appointed kitchen, although we didn’t cook any meals. The furniture was super comfy in the living room and even the outside chairs on the deck. We were excited to try out the sleep number bed and although it was comfy it’s not for us. We were happy to have the chance to try it out before buying one! We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Greatly enjoyed our stay, especially the view. We spent a lot of time on the deck with the comfy deck chairs and enjoying the view of the waves. Weather was great, no fog except for the day of arrival. We would love to come back and visit again. Thank you.
