Very comfortable with many amenities. Close to Duval (walking distance) so you’re close to the energy! Would stay in this rental again.

Management was helpful and courteous. Proximity to attractions is unbeatable as everything is within walking distance. Definitely considering a return visit.Only negative was space to park bikes. Many spaces filed with what appear to be abandoned bikes!

Reviewer Comments: Property was as described; clean (except sofa bed was either dirty or so worn out it looked dirty and very uncomfortable to sit on); bedroom bed was very comfortable; no hooks in bathroom to hang towels and such; not too far from pool; walked everywhere from this location; staff at Compass was very helpful and prompt (trouble with lock and the key resolved quickly); it is small so perfect for me but 4 people would sure be cozy; I would stay there again!

Close to all the attractions we are interested in. The unit is well equipped with the essentials such as beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer and a well supplied kitchen...but we prefer to eat out. This unit fits the bill of our needs and we surely will rent again. All in all, just a great experience staying here.
