Anna Maria Island Direct Beachfront Condo- Awesome View and Amazing Sunsets

The room was exactly as described. The beach and views are absolutely breathtaking. We cannot wait to come back!

My wife and I plus 3 kids stayed here for a week at the end of July. This was our first time on Anna Maria island and it was a great location. The island is very laid back and not overflowing with tourists. The condo was just enough space for the 5 of us. The back patio with a door down to the beach was very handy. You’re literally only about 20 yards away from setting up your chairs. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a couple other things. No sand toys but we bought some and left them there for the next family to use. Our interactions with the property management company were very professional and polite. Check-in was easy and your parking spot is directly below the unit by maybe 20 steps. Kitchen had almost everything we needed minus a pizza cutter. Cleanliness was great until we found a few roaches. In the south they like to call these “palmetto bugs” but they’re technically a type of roach. The first few were dead or nearly dead since they treated the week before. Two of them were alive and moving around when I found them. Hopefully they get that figured out (plan was to treat again after us). That was a pretty disappointing circumstance given how great everything else was.

This property was amazing to stay in while on AMI, went with the family and had a wonderful time, conveniently located just steps away from the beach. One of the showers was not working during my stay - but overall would highly recommend, excited to come back with the family next year!

Wonderful condo. Perfect beach access. Everyone on the island is super nice.

Condo was very clean only issue was cable & Internet kept cutting in and out every day was the only down side of the condo.

We were Very satisfied! The condo was lovely, very clean, comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. Convenient having a washer and dryer right in the condo. The location was perfect, directly on the beach with a “ private” beach for condo residents that wasn’t packed like the public beaches. We loved the lanai, the view of the Gulf and watching the spectacular sunsets from it. Worth every penny we spent! We will definitely try to book this condo again when we return.!

This apartment is spacious with a gorgeous view and right on the beach. The beach has beautiful white powdery sand and the water is like bath temperature. The location is convenient to restaurants, publix, airport, other islands, and the mainland. We had a very relaxing time and intend on returning next year if not sooner.

The property was great!!

Everything was perfect. The condo location is right on the water and extremely clean. It has everything you need for a great time. The area is quiet and safe. The beach sand is like flour and the water is crystal clear. We had dolphins and manatees swim within a few feet of us. The kids loved taking pictures at sunset. HIGHLY recommend the place.

The condo was wonderful and we all loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the view. The access to the beach was great! The only negative would be that it was difficult to do laundry. The area was very small and the dryer door could not be opened completely making it hard to get laundry out of it. Also, the day bed was not very comfortable. Other than that - great condo and location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
