Stayed May 15, 2025Arrived and condo was 89 degree took 24 hours to cool to 75. Needs simple routine maintenance to the h v a c unit. It was a great location, really close to the beach. Guess bath laboratory faucet was just the trickle of water. And the pool was closed three days out of the six and a half days, we were there. So that was one of the things that was a bummer, for us. Need better communication between the property manager. The owner and the condo association

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We've stayed at GBP a few other times and we just love it so much. It really is the closest to the beach you can be without being ocean front. This unit was new to us this year, but was no exception. The perfect home away from home for the week. There are plenty of beach toys, tubes, chairs, and a beach umbrella in the storage unit on the ground floor. The unit offers a few beach towels but would recommend bringing some extras!

Stayed Jun 19, 2021Property was comfortable and well decorated. Had most of the beach necessities in storage. Lacked a few things but nothing you couldn’t manage without. Easy access to beach and close to some restaurants and shopping. Next best thing to being beach front.

Stayed Dec 19, 2020Very nice place. Niceky decorated and up to date. Love the location near stores and the beach. Only complaintnwas it was a bit dusty and the appliances were full of fingerprint smudges and food spills.
