Anchor Drop modern elegance upgrades throughout views of Atlantic Ocean

Likes: pool area, BBQ area, closeness to beach, condo was very well stocked and comfortable, condo had a large kitchen and lots of closet space for unpacking, grounds were kept up nicely, exercise room, balcony connected to condo, quiet area of key west. Dislikes: had to have a key to get anywhere, our feet were black from walking in dirty tile in our condo (I mopped twice myself), garage not tall enough for van parking, no bathtub plugs for children’s bath, dryer would suck socks and underwear into the lint trap, not very kid friendly (we got all kinds of looks from residents while our children played in pool), lots of glass in sand area adjacent to pool.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable place with everything we needed. The pool and the view were great. Quick pickups to get us to Mallory Square. Was an excellent trip for our family.

Rooms are spacious. Living room and Kitchen area fits everybody comfortably. We stayed here for 5 nights. Walked to the beaches (Smathers right next door and Higgs beach also nearby). There is a nature walk right next to us and then the Key West Garden Club at the fort right next to that. Plenty to do - all around. But definitely very enjoyable and relaxing to enjoy the property all hours in between.

Perfect location, clean, roomy and accommodating. We would definitely go back to that same location. There was a guest book there for 10 years so they have been doing something right. Enjoy

We were thrilled that we had such a beautiful condo to wait out the storm. The location is great. It was easy to get around with an Uber. However, it does have a garage for a car. The only negative is that the building is old. The building was not attractive at all. The condo makes up for the old building. You just need to be aware of this a head of time. I will say the grounds of the property was beautiful. The plants were gorgeous. The pool was also delightful. I would stay there again.

The owners have thought of everything. The condo was very clean and wonderfully decorated. We enjoyed the location as it was quiet and had a great view of the ocean. We had a girls trip for the swim around the Keys event and loved the proximity to Higgs Beach. The Pool was very clean and the grounds were kept up with landscaping. Loved sitting on the spacious balcony and watching the sun rise with our coffee! Lots of love and attention to detail went into this condo! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!
