Anasazi Village - Beautiful Setting-Dining, Shopping, Golf, Peaceful

I stayed at the condo for one month. The condo was quiet, comfortable and convenient to the Mayo Clinic. The Anasazi Village has many nice amenities including heated pools, walking trails and is convenient to a lot of shopping and dining.

Joanne was an excellent and attentive host. She would respond to our concerns quickly and provide help immediately. Her condo was very clean, modern and very comfortable. Traffic noise was a bit of a problem when outside on the deck but the noise subsided in the evening. Area is very convenient for shopping with multiple retail stores within the immediate vicinity.

Location, location, location! Nice area, grounds are well kept, great view of swimming pool area, nice covered parking, close to elevator. Quiet except for some traffic noise once in a while. Condo was clean and king bed was comfortable. Nice large screen TV in the living room. The location is great, there is a lot of shopping and restaurants, many within walking distance. Target, Walmart, REI, Sprouts, Safeway, CVS, etc. Close to Highway 51and convenient to Scottsdale, Kierland, etc. Would definitely stay again.

The property has a great location as it's close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. The grounds have several pools and everything is well maintained. The unit is on the 3rd floor and has a nice view of one of the pools. There is some road noise from Cactus road but it didn't bother us. The unit does need a little upgrading but it suited our needs just fine. Some minor issues did arise during our 3 month stay and the owners were very responsive to handling them. The tv only has a basic package so there is no espn, FS1,etc.. We are sports fans so it did have some effect on us. We would definetely stay here again as the positives outweighted any minor negatives.

The condo is as described. The king bed was very comfortable. Joanne the owner was very helpful. The Anasazi Village is quite attractive with its heated pools, cacti garden and Stonecreek Golf Course. The signal with the Dish television was unstable at times and we reported it to the owner.

We were very happy at Anasazi and would stay there again.

The condo was very clean and well furnished. The hosts were quick to answer any questions I may have had. I felt very secure at the property.

Daughter used the apartment as her home during a 3 month internship in the southern Phoenix area. The apartment was clean and issues were dealt with and resolved promptly, with good communication of status from owner. Examples of issues: no mail receipt, elevator briefly out of order, internet briefly out of order. Nice amenities and secure access, good location adjacent to golf course.

A great condo for a single and would work well for a couple but not two people. The owner was very responsive to a onsite request. A nice inner court setting . The only irritant was the slowest and often non responsive internet connection.

The owner is very attentive. The condo has NO carpet and is sparkling clean. The living room furniture is mostly leather and reclines. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. We slept so well all month. The condo had so many great details: a folding wagon to bring belongings and groceries in, a keurig drawer filled with various coffee flavors, total loaded kitchen, numerous toiletries, laundry supplies and vacuum and swifters. In previous other condos we had to buy cleaning supplies. This was our BEST condo experience in many travels. This area of Phoenix also has loads to do. Anasazi Condos has 5 pools and the grounds are perfectly attended to. You can walk from your condo right onto the golf course. This condo and area is perfect and highly recommended.
