Stayed Jun 21, 2025We arrived on a Saturday evening. The exterior of the condo is old and not well maintained. My kids asked if we were staying in an abandoned building. Lol. Check in went fine. The condo unit is on the smaller size, but it was clean, somewhat updated and had everything we needed. The view is amazing from the balcony and from the master bedroom. Then starting Monday, everything went terribly. Monday through Friday…the rest of our stay…construction started at 8 am and never stopped until 4 pm at least. There was a crane outside of the master bedroom beeping non stop. There were painters right outside of the guest room at 8 am playing music and talking loudly. We could not sit on the balcony, sit in the condo or even use the pool from 8-4 from constant beeping and multiple pressure washers going all at the same time. I didn’t want my kids going back and forth from the beach with workers all over the place and right outside of hallways. I am not exaggerating when I say it was loud and a complete mess. I contacted AMI with daily pictures and videos. Cheryl did absolutely nothing about it. We booked this place 2 weeks prior. They knew this was going on and still allowed us to stay there. They called the week before saying that there were painters but they would be done on the day we arrived. Nope. They aren’t even close to being done. We got one relaxing day in the unit. One day. That’s it from a Saturday to Saturday stay. They should have moved us to another place. do not stay here

Stayed Mar 15, 2025The condo unit was very nice and clean. Everything we needed for the beach was provided for our use, and even more than we needed. Very close access to the beach, grocery and a few restaurants.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Wow! This was the closest to the Beach we have ever stayed …literally steps. Mom is almost 80 and had no trouble getting to the beach. Sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the beach without the sand! Pool is nice and so clean. Loved it so much we booked next year. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Perfect set up right on the beach and close to everything. Publix was a minute away. Condo had everything we needed - towels, stocked kitchen, entertainment, beach chairs, toys, etc. Would definitely come back again!

Stayed May 25, 2024Home was exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, well stocked with everything you need, and the location was unbeatable. Great sunsets right from the balcony, the pool was well kept, and the building was quiet. We also really appreciated the covered parking! Would absolutely rent again.

Stayed Jan 20, 2024My husband and I rented this cute condo for a much needed week of rest, relaxation, and sun. The condo was very clean and was appointed with everything we needed. The only hiccup we had was the internet password was changed and we were given the old one in our check-in email however that was just a quick phone call and was straightened out in minutes. We loved the view from the porch overlooking the gulf. Sunsets were beautiful. We would definitely go back again.
