No elevator to have to wait on, no complications parking, easy room access, even easier beach access, the pool was great, bed was comfy, and the a/c worked amazingly! We had a wonderful time and hope we will be able to book the same place and same room next year.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Perfect for our little weekend stay. Definitely one of the older buildings but the condo was clean and comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to several good restaurants. Easy walk to the beach.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023Have been coming to PCB for years, several times a year. Love this unit, my favorite place to stay of all that I’ve been to. Right on the sand, perfect location to walk to where you want to go. Bill is a wonderful host & always available & helpful.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Great for the price compared to other close by condos. Great view and access to the beach. It is a little small but had everything we needed. Lots of things are within walkable distance. We would stay again!
