Amazing Whitewater Ocean Views from Beautiful NCV Condo!

North Coast Village is an amazing complex to stay within! Just wish there was A/C and that our condo was newer. But the pool, grounds landscaping and beach access is incredible and we hope to return.

Wonderful grounds and close to everything. Unit was fine and well stocked with anything that I needed in the kitchen. Love that there was a beach cart and chairs. View from the patio was very nice.

One thing that I enjoy about vacation rentals is that usually the kitchen is well stocked with things like spices, coffee filters etc. we always end up buying something we don’t want to take home so it ends up being a staple of the kitchen which is incredibly helpful when you’re planning to cook. This unit had literally nothing. Not even salt, so it felt more like a hotel. For some I am sure that’s preferred but for us we like to have a little homier feel.

Fun family stay

We are a family of four. We loved every minute of our stay. Comfortable, cozy and clean. Couldn’t beat the view and amenities of the facility.

They have a streamlined check in, so you only go to the main desk, not the individual owners of the units. The host was extremely communicative, friendly and helpful. The unit is clean, smells fresh and has nice crisp linens. This unit was not as well appointed as our last stay- we had to buy our own boogie boards- BUT I think that probably keeps the mess down if they limit the amount of sandy items. If you have little ones and are on a sensitive sleep schedule, I would suggest bringing something to block the window in the main area- there were no blinds. It was minor for us, but when our kids were younger, it would have been a huge issue!We had the most wonderful view and have never slept better. There is a fountain right outside plus the sound of the waves. We kept the windows wide open and had a fresh breeze blowing in while we slept! There are gaming rooms in the complex, a koi pond and an easy walk to the beach. Walmart groceries a short drive away. Overall, just fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was great! We have stayed in Oceanside many times over the years and this unit was one of the best that we’ve stayed at. The views were amazing! We would definitely book this unit again.

We love NCV and our unit was perfect. Our second summer spent here and in the same unit. We love the access to the beach and downtown. The unit is perfect for a family of 4. Very comfortable and clean!! Highly recommend. We will be back!!!!!

The condo was lovely. Beautifully decorated with nice appliances. Great views from the balcony and bedroom. Very cozy and comfortable. We even used the fireplace in the evening for great ambiance. Convenient location to beach and harbor.

But our unit was quite old and could use some updating. But the view from our unit was amazing! Wish there could have been AC and we did have our water shut off during our stay once.

We had a great time, and planning to come back next summer. The condo was clean, full of amenities needed for the beach. The property was well maintained and full of things to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Oceanside. We were steps away from the beach and had a great balcony view. The unit was very clean. The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the towels and bath mats. They were not great. We brought our own beach towels do we had extras. I would also recommend a few more dish drying towels to be available. We would definitely return to this complex. The grounds are beautiful and everything was do conveniently located that we could walk to restaurants, the pier and shopping.
