AMAZING White Water Ocean & Pier View Condo, Upgrades!

Excellent well stocked condo with a wonderful view of the ocean and numerous surfers every day. A well stocked kitchen which included whole bean coffee and a grinder. We thought the Brita water filter pitcher was a nice touch we have not experienced at other properties. The king size bed was very comfortable. The host provided good communication with emphasis on the does and don't of the condo and the North Coast Village complex. We really enjoyed many of the amenities at NCV including the jetted spa, putting greens, exercise room and just walking through the property feels like your in a rain forest. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

Great location with easy access to the Marina, beach, and town. Beautiful balcony views and great accommodations. We fully enjoyed our stay and would love to come back someday.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable place. Very clean and functional except the light switches were kind of confusing. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

Diana was a great host and we enjoyed our stay in her condo. We had 2 children and 2 adults. The condo is in a great location in the complex, except that it right above the putting green. Every night we were there, children were running around and screaming under our windows until well past 10 PM. Because there is not A/C, having the windows open is a must at night. There were some other minor issues with complex and it was disappointing seeing the grounds not as well maintained and managed as in previous years. Diana's condo was well appointed with cooking utensils and beach equipment. The unit itself was clean, but could do with a little love. The pull-out couch was pretty worn out and the carpeting was dated. Overall, I would consider staying in her unit again for the beautiful view and the responsiveness of the host.

My family and I loved staying at this condo. Great views of the ocean, we even saw dolphins from the balcony! Easy access to the beach, beautiful pool! Would definitely recommend!!

This place is beautiful, spectacular views and so close to the beach. I appreciated the beach supplies, and the friendly staff. We came to visit our new grandson and when we come back we will definitely book again. The only thing I would request is a better fan/ AC.

My husband and I wanted to take a short getaway from the Las Vegas heat, and this Oceanside condo fit the bill perfectly! We’ve stayed in North Coast Village before, but this condo was the best we’ve used, by far!

Convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay. Great amenities and well taken care of unit close to the beach and all Oceanside has to offer.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and the kitchen well equipped, this was important to us as we wanted to cook for our toddlers during our stay. We couldn’t have chosen a better location, it is right by the beach (we loved our morning runs and our kids loved the beach playground- walking distance from the condo ), close to great restaurants and not too far from Legoland. We appreciated Diana’s check in guide with restaurants recommendations! Our family had a great time there!

Wonderful time!! Everything was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the ocean and also the cute kids playing. We enjoyed a great 4th of July fireworks show nearby too! Had my birthday dinner at The Flying Pig (amazing)! The beach was just steps away plus so many places to see and do within walking distance. Loved our stay!!

Enjoyed the week with family. Everybody said we had the nicest condo. Wonderful views , very clean, access to the beach was great. Amenities in the condo were great! Have been vacationing at the beach every year for about 50 years. First time at this condo complex. Will try for this condo again next year!

Everything was just as advertised. Views are even more amazing in person. Extremely comfortable bed. Diana was also very attentive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!
