Amazing Waterfront Condo with Fabulous Views! ADA compliant. Pet Friendly.

You couldn’t get a better location and view!

We had an amazing family trip, we love this place. It is our second time staying in the last 3 months. Plan on booking more trips.

Perfect location, walkable to everything we wanted to do. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. We had a hard time with the cable tv and just ended up watching streaming. It was very nice to wake up to the bay every morning. The fenced deck space was quite nice for our little pup. There is a small dog park just south of the condo that has doggie waste bags and trash can. It took about 3 minutes to walk to it. She’ll Shop is right across the street. Great location.

The views were perfect, but the condo is old and needed some renovation. For example, chipped paint on doors, two broken window cranks, broken lock on front game which we secured with a bungee cord for my dog’s safety, broken stopper in front half bath, the living area furniture is stiff and uncomfortable and the kitchen needs a deep cleaning. The stove top and handles on the kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky. And, master bath needs a larger shower curtain to keep water from getting on the floor. It would be easy to slip on the wet tile.

Good communication. I'm easy to get into the home very well explained, clean smelled nice one downfall there. It is a little walkway for public People visiting the beach so you might have some traffic. Whether you want to keep your windows open or not, your blinds is up to you, but it did get a little heavy and we did just close the blinds. everything was perfect.

This apartment style rental is right on the harbor with unblocked views of Morro Rock from every window! Fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Very clean with your own private garage so no looking for parking or worrying about your car/belongings. Nice to have full sized stove, refrigerator, etc. Two bathrooms is really nice. Very comfortable king bed. You can't find a better place right on the waterfront with all the shops just steps away. Will definitely return.

The place is great, location is awesome, having a garage is a big plus, hosts gave us complimentary early check-in, communication was smooth and easy. Though there are couple of minor things property management would improve on. Some windows were out of service, opening mechanisms did not work. Kitchenware was not very good (non-stick surfaces scratched severely), pls invest a bit into a stainless steel instead, it will last much longer. Other than that it was a great experience, would stay there next time.

The apartment was clean and in a wonderful seaside neighborhood. The kitchen could use an upgrade and a better collection of kitchen utensils.

We had an amazing stay here! The property was clean and organized, located in the perfect spot, and had such a cozy layout with the fireplace and large windows. We loved sitting on the deck and grilling too. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the harbor view, walking to restaurants and shops, kayaking, etc. The home was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved it!

This was the perfect location for a peaceful getaway. Very clean and quiet, and easily walkable to the restaurants, shops and Morro Bay attractions if you’re up for the stroll. Would definitely recommend staying here!
