Amazing views from this 3 bedroom direct ocean front 44' wrap-around balcony

Lovely spacious condo with comforts if home. Many details met our needs. Attentive host. Beautiful views especially sunrise!

Keith was a great host, very responsive. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

Everything was just as described. The beach was just steps away and a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool did have strict rules, just to keep in mind if you have kids. No floaties, balls, toys. The house was STOCKED! Abundance of bathroom towels as well as beach towels. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, I think a couple of umbrellas. The Margaritaville drink maker was fun to use! They also had plenty of paper towels, dish tablets, toilet paper, etc- at least for our group, which was only 5 of us. Would definitely stay again! Keith was super friendly.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful condo! The condo is very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a wonderful view of the ocean. A lot of seating in the front room and on the deck for the family! We even saw a rocket launch one night. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for the week, and grateful for the beach umbrella, chairs, and beach towels! The beach was clean and not crowded, and my grandsons rented surfboards and had tons of fun! Keith is an outstanding host, and we’re already looking forward to going back again!

Our condo was exactly as pictured! Keith was amazing to work with! This was our second time coming to Cocoa Bach and using these condos. I will definitely be staying here again in this condo when coming to Cocoa Beach!

The condo was beautiful, just as described and very spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Watching the sunrise, morning yoga on the balcony was an amazing way to start the day. The beach was never crowded, so many beach items in the hall closet for beach play for the family. Keith called to make sure we checked in ok and let me know when the condo was ready for us which was so nice. Though we never needed anything during our stay I knew he would be very responsive if needed since he was so proactive. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. Condo was very clean and provided all the amenities needed. Beach was great, location was excellent, would definitely stay at this property again!

We have been going to Cocoa Beach for several years and invited friends to join us. As our group has grown, we have needed a larger condo. This is the 2nd year we have used this 3 BR unit. It is a very beautiful unit with nice furniture and decorations. Direct view of the ocean with large, wrap-around balcony. We have watched launches from the balcony. Perfect for a family, a group of friends or couples. Always clean and comfortable. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Our weeklong stay was wonderful. Very close to anything you would need. We even got to see 2 rockets launch from the beach while there. The furniture was very comfortable and the living area nice and large. The bedrooms are on the small size for the beds but the kids barely spent any time in them anyways. We would recommend.

The condo was perfect for our family of 7. We arrived on Saturday & found out that evening while shopping for groceries that Hurricane Milton was on his way. The host/owner, Keith, kept in constant touch with us. Due to conflicting weather reports, we decided to leave the condo late Tuesday afternoon. Keith informed us the hurricane shutters would be installed & all of the deck furniture would be brought into the living area. We realized that we could not stay there closed up if the electricity went out (which Keith told us it did). We plan on returning & will definitely stay in this condo. Location, view, cleanliness were great. Can’t wait to return!
