This was a wonderful choice for our 20th anniversary celebration. As a host, Josh was phenomenal. Beyond expectations, the property was well appointed and so clean and organized! Highly recommend especially for anyone who values privacy. The kayaks made a great touch and were greatly enjoyed. The other amenities (hot tub, sauna etc) were icing on the cake.

Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to smith mountain lake- we took advantage of the kayaks, walked to dinner and Napolis, the condo was stocked with snacks and games, and was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was great too! Would stay here again with my partner

The condo is very comfortable for 2 people and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We went to the indoor pool and spa and had the whole place to ourselves. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen was stocked with provisions and the hosts went above with all the additional supplies, games, toiletries, even outdoor gear to ensure your stay is memorable. The location was ideal—close enough to restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to feel like a true escape. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the scenic winter beauty of Smith Mountain Lake, this condo is a fantastic choice. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed this rental so much last year for a girls weekend that we booked it a second time! We had a great time in Bernards Landing. The host is quick with his responses and super helpful. I knew I didn’t need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash because it was all provided. Slippers and spa robes were also provided. I love this condo!

We had an amazing time staying here for a quick getaway. Communication with our host was terrific. The property was clean and comfortable and had very nice amenities, such as drinks, snacks, bathroom necessities and linens. We were very impressed that our host thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The neighborhood was very nice and the views from the property were amazing from sun up to sun down. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the lake! The condo was comfortable and clean. We thought the cold drinks and basket of snacks were a nice addition, as were the robes and slippers. The amenities were lovely and we enjoyed a dip in the lake and an afternoon swim in the pool.

This was a lovely one bedroom unit with a great view of the water from a third floor balcony. A bonus of kayaks being available for us was really what sold the deal! Very well stocked unit with special little touches that made up feel right at home. Our host was wonderful. He really cares about his unit and wants everyone to have a great time.
