Our beautiful home (SLEEPS 6) and is located at WATER POINT 1, it is a 3 Bed rm with 2 full baths. The large 16ft balcony has a (direct ocean front view). Our home has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances. It includes full size washer & dryer and brand new hickory cabinets with granite counter tops, also a wine and bar area

Stayed May 30, 2026Wayne was very timely with check-in information before the trip and entry was smooth. Condo was equipped as advertised. Location on beach was great! Condo overlooked both pool and beach. You can rent umbrellas and chairs online for a daily setup which is convenient. Barefoot Landing is a five minute drive and there are shops, restaurants and live music there.

Stayed Apr 6, 2026Was a nice trip with the family - easy to get to and from the beach, enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub with some cooler weather, and relaxed on the patio with nice views of the ocean.

This was my first time using VRBO and he was there for me during the whole process. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is ready to come to the beach and enjoy the ocean.
