Our home has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances. Stayed Apr 7, 2026Would definitely stay again. The condo was clean and comfortable. The views and beach access were wonderful. With cooler weather we also loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Host answered questions very quickly.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Waterpointe 1 is an overall great family location. Wayne was super responsive and communicative! The condo is very clean and updated. He stays on site at another condo so if you need anything he is right there. The indoor and outdoor pool are great options for littles when the beach becomes too much. So much to do and right across from Barefoot Landing you really can’t beat the location. Overall a great experience and cannot wait to come back! Thank you Wayne and family for accommodating us!
