Amazing Oceanview Beachfront Getaway Close to Everything!

We LOVED this condo! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and an oceanfront view (the master bedroom also has a private patio). You can choose to take the stairs but the complex has a set of elevators that made access to the 4th floor very easy. Laundry was available on every other floor. Parking was always available and had no extra fees! The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we were able to eat at home after some of our longer days out venturing. We loved that the condo also had beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers for us to use for our full day adventures. The complex does have grills down by the pool as well as an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. The beach is a quick walk across a grassy area and well worth visiting (watch out for the crabs if you go at night! they caught me by surprise). The host was AWESOME and so was the on-island contact.Random things to note:---The washer is 2.50 and dryer is 1.50. The machines take 30-40 minutes each to complete. No need to bring quarters as it is all run by a cell phone app but you have to deposit a minimum 10 at a time.---Mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap were provided. These would likely be great for a weekend visit. If you are staying longer plan to grab full size bottles and some additional toilet paper.---There are multiple grills by the pool but they can be busy when the weather was nice. They are propane grills and the propane is provided so don't buy charcoal or propane!

We came to Maui as a family of 4 with a teen and tween girls. There was plenty of space for everyone. This condo is very clean and well stocked; here you pretty much want for nothing as there is everything from cooking oil to q-tips to laundry detergent. The laundry is communal and on every other floor. You will need to bring coins (there is no coin machine which makes sense because HI has to import coins and they’re HEAVY thus not making sense to bring them from the mainland) so come with coins or you’ll need to download an app to use the washer and dryer, seriously the smallest inconvenience and I’d hardly call it that, just being informative. You won’t need to worry about anything but your suit for the beach as there are towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, even sunscreen other guests have left—we did leave new ones and used the ones on the counter as to not let them expire for the next guest. The view from the lanai is absolutely amazing! The beach is rocky and was empty and the shore is a bit short so we ventured down to one of the “Kam” beaches everyday which is just as well because there are stores and shops and shave ice by those beaches. There is a BANGING teriyaki joint a couple miles down the road—Maui fish and chips and I highly recommend it, BEST fish and chips ever. 10/10 would stay again. 10/10 would buy a condo in this particular neighborhood as the surrounding neighborhoods/towns are pretty uppity and don’t have as much shopping and shops that have good

Kevin’s place was so amazing. The sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony are stunning, a walk to the beach made for a relaxing day. Not to mention you are in the center of everything Maui has to offer. The condo was super clean and made us feel like we are home away from home. 10/10 recommend! If you’re looking for a place - look no further! This is the place to be. Definitely will be back. And having Kevin as a host was an added bonus. For tips on where to snorkel - to buying groceries. Book it now!!!

Property is in a great location. The beach is not swimmable but condo offers great views of ocean off the main deck. The condo is very dated but has comfortable beds and comes fully stocked with anything you might need. The host has great communication. Would definitely stay here again. We had a fun family getaway!

We booked this after our initial place cancelled on us 2 weeks before our arrival. We were happy to find something on such short notice and we are really glad we did! This place was great - location was perfect, property was extremely clean, and it had everything we needed (and more!). From beach items, to binoculars, to aloe vera gel for the inevitable sunburns, and even ice packs for the provided coolers, this place really did have it all. We had no issues the entire time we were there and the host was so responsive prior to our arrival that we knew if there was an issue, it would have been taken care of right away. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again! Thanks for a wonderful week :).

Wow! What a beautiful home! This condo was equipped with everything our family needed or wanted to use for a full week. Everything was super clean. The views were amazing. The pool and hottub were easily accessible and clean. It's in a great part of Kihei with not a ton of traffic. Kevin was super friendly and very responsive when I had any questions! We highly recommend this property and will hopefully be back soon!!
