At Laketown Wharf, There are 5 pools, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and splash pad. It’s Conveniently located just steps from the sugar white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. There’s a bowling alley on property that also has billiards, arcade, sports simulator, and a restaurant and bar. The burgers are amazing there, btw! There are also several restaurants and shops at LTW.
Less than a mile away you can enjoy endless FAMILY FUN at Wonderworks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not.
There’s a Super Walmart on your drive-in, where you can pick up any items you may need. It is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the resort. They also have delivery services available.

***PARKING is on-site, but you must register! You will receive a link to register for your parking passes before your reservation. This Parking/Registration fee is paid online to Laketown Wharf Resort. This is a one-time fee. It also activates your pink wristbands (the 8 wristbands will be waiting for you in the condo when you arrive). These wristbands give you access to the amenities/gates on property.
