Amazing Oceanfront Condo. Steps away to the Bch and Heated Pool. Gated complex

Excellent stay!

The spectacular beach views and pleasant beach decor of the condo are highlights. We appreciated how well cared for we felt. So many amenities and extras are provided to welcome guests.

Great location for a relaxing getaway!!!! The hosts were informative and easy to communicate with. They made check in and check out a breeze. Their home was everything as advertised and then some. More than met expectations.

Fun beach decor. Nicely stocked with items needed daily. Appreciated the book of restaurant brochures and information on other local activities. Communicated easily with the owners as needed. I would recommend and would choose this condo again

This is our sixth continuous year staying at this condo and honestly could not conceivably imagine staying anywhere else. The owners are amazing and are committed to making your vacation a memorably one with every detail looked after. They set a very high bar that in our experience cannot be matched. The condo is exquisite, the view impeccable and so very peaceful. We look forward to this with anticipation every year.

We have stayed here for years. It feels like home as soon as you walk in the door. All you really need is you! Clean near and so quiet! Plus the owners are in contact with you anytime you need them!

The ocean front property is beautiful in so many ways. The magnificent view and beauty of the beach, comfortable well equipped surroundings, fabulous kitchen, decorative coastal accents and a peaceful, restful atmosphere. The hosts are so helpful and excellent with communicating.

This year was our fifth year staying at RuthAnn's and David's condo and it won't be the last. In fact, it has become an annual staple for us. What keeps us coming back each year are the host's welcoming gestures. They are simply the nicest people we've had the pleasure of dealing with and the consummate hosts. Secondly, the condo is decorated in a seaside motif and is immaculate. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. We are back home less than a week and are already counting the days until our next visit. Aside from the coziness of the condo, the sounds and sights of the sea are breathtaking. Our only disappointment is having to return home and missing awakening to having coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the ocean. The selection of restaurants is great. In fact, one of our new favorites is Caffe Vesuvio. The grounds are kept up beautifully and we've become accustomed to meeting other annual guests. Thank you again, RuthAnn and David for entrusting us with your beautiful seaside paradise.

This is the only place we stay when we visit New Smyrna Beach. Ruthann and David are excellent with communication and the condo is perfect!!

We stayed in this beautiful unit for the week with a spectacular view. The communication was exceptional and they were quick to respond to any questions up until starting and during the stay. Unit is as pictured and a great escape for our family. Will definitely plan on renting this unit again. Thanks for having us!

David and RuthAnn are the most hospitable guests i’ve ever had the pleasure of booking with. The condo was equipped with any and everything we could have needed. Im so glad we didn’t have to pack half the stuff we normally do for a week long trip to the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys). The gift basket and personalized paper on the counter was a very appreciated personal touch. The grounds were well maintained and much of the stay we were alone at the pool. David was in direct contact much of the stay for various reasons and kept us informed of some unscheduled maintenance and how it impacted us. This was an A+ stay and we would love to stay with David and RuthAnn again at Seas the day!

My husband and I stayed for a week in this great oceanfront condo. The views are incredible, I especially enjoyed the sunrises. The condo complex is located on a great part of the beach and has a very nice oceanfront pool. The interior is as pictured and very comfortable. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with everything you need, including paper products, trash bags, dish soap, sponges, etc. We loved walking in and finding a welcome basket with delicious goodies and a 24 pack of bottled water! The hosts are the best I’ve encountered, thank you David and RuthAnn for a wonderful stay, our family had the best time!
