Amazing ocean-view condo has on-site pool, elevator, easy beach access & balcony

Excellent communication! Correspondence was quick and simple. Master bath toilet has flushing issues. We had to turn off the water at the connection to keep it from running constantly. Master shower barely trickles water. Showering took forever. Kitchen faucet isn't connected properly and it's wiggly. It's a great location with restaurants in walking distance. Nice little ocean views across the street. We want to stay again but would need assurance that issues have been corrected. This property is a diamond that needs a little polishing!

The condo is just as described in the listing. Very clean. Very close to the beach and all major attractions. Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay. The pictures are very accurate and provided a beautiful view of ocean and only a few minutes walk to beach.

We had a girls trip and this location was spectacular. The pictures you see on line and in person were spot on. It is spacious and inviting. Close to beach and short walking distance to restaurants. Pool was great also. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place. Only two issues. WiFi is bad. Please get that fixed. Guest bedroom bath both the sink and bathtub filled with water. Needs attention. Would recommend to others to stay here

The location had everything you could possibly need for an extended vacation! Location was perfect for our family. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved our stay. Then unit was nice, clean, and updated and had everything we needed. Great ocean view for being 2nd row. The pool is great. Owner suite bed could be updated . But other than that, would stay again!

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 6-11) loved our stay. We will definitely be back. The beach is simply a walk across the street and the pool was such a nice amenity to have. Our unit was spacious, clean, and beautiful.

Hook Wine and Sinker was an absolute gem and truly exceeded our expectations. The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing coastal retreat. The beds were very comfortable, making for restful nights after sunny days at the beach.One of our favorite features was the large front porch, which offered a fantastic spot to relax, read, or simply enjoy the ocean views. With beach access directly across the street, it couldn’t have been more convenient. The pool on the property was also a good size and very clean—ideal for a refreshing dip any time of day.We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like the beach chairs and wagon, which made our time by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to local Surfside restaurants, so dining out was a breeze.Overall, this property checked all the boxes for comfort, location, and convenience. We loved our stay and will definitely return! Vacasa was also very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time in this property. The location and everything about it was perfect for us. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean and a great breakfast spot on the patio or kitchen table. Washer and dryer worked great. Everything you need for cooking and cleaning. There were lots of towels, wash clothes, sheets and blankets for all the beds. Can’t say enough about the place. Will definitely be a repeat booking for our family.

The location felt safe, it was quick and easy to go get gas, groceries, or a quick bite to eat. This particular building had one of the biggest pools within a mile each direction. It was also one of the few buildings with an elevator! Now, my family is in great shape, but dragging suitcases up four stories quickly makes this a preferred location!
