Amazing Location in the Heart of Indian Rocks Beach just Steps to the Sand!

The condo was very cute, very spacious, and fully equipped from kitchen supplies, bath towels, and plenty of beach supplies from large towels to a wagon to carry the chairs and umbrellas provided. The host was exceptional and very accommodating!!! Beach is about a block away. We would definitely come back to this place! ❤️

Great condo, very clean and tastefully decorated and it had everything we needed. Perfect for family or couple stay. The condo was very close to the beach and neigborhood was quiet. They even have water outside of the apartment to wash beach stuff and your sandals from the sand. We had a fantastic time . The host was very easy to work with and answered always promptly. I would book again!

Great location and nice place however we were left no paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags) and the cleanliness when we arrived was ok but not great. I understand it was due to arriving on Easter, but still disappointing.

The condo was very clean. The host provided everything we needed to spend the day at the beach. The host was also very easy to communicate with.

Everything about the property was great and was as expected based on the pictures and the listing description. No surprises. The condo was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. From the balcony, there was a slight ocean view between two houses across the street. The property was convenient to shops and local restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the sofa in the living room was comfortable, and the sofa on the balcony was so comfortable that I took two naps on it out in the ocean breeze. The bathroom was spacious, with double sinks, a large walk in shower, shelving for storing toiletries, and we liked that the toilet had a door for privacy. We appreciated having access to the owners’ beach chairs and umbrellas. We definitely would stay here again.

Condo was in a great location for walking to beach, shops, cafes ect. My husband and I stayed here with our three children(7,4,and 2), we had a wonderful time and the condo was more than enough space for us all. It is safe, clean and the neighbors are kind. We enjoyed watching sunrise/sunset from the porch. Host was easy to reach. Will definitely keep in mind for future visits.

This is a great place to stay that’s really close to the beach. It’s remarkably clean. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding. Having a balcony was an extra nice amenity.

Our stay here was wonderful! It’s such a short walk to the beach and a bunch of beach equipment is included. We loved relaxing on the balcony as well. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great to be comfortable through the night. The location is perfect and the kitchen is well stocked that cooking meals was a breeze. Only one suggestions of an otherwise perfect stay: a vacuum within the unit could be helpful for controlling the inevitable sand that gets tracked in.

The condo is truly in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Indian Rocks beach, it also has a balcony with a west facing sea view. There's car parking, comfy beds, nice big sofa, a well fitted kitchen, plenty of dw tablets and toilet roll, ample towels incl beach towels, a nice powerful shower, air con, and a beach cupboard with beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards and trolleys. The comms & check in process was a breeze too.

My stay here was one of the best vacation houses I’ve ever had. Angie had quite literally everything we could’ve possibly needed stocked and prepared for use. It was clean and sanitary. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes away and you can see the water from the balcony. It was quiet and all the neighbors were very polite. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, walking and driving distance. I will be staying here again in the future!

This property was fantastic. I stayed here with my parents while we met up with some friends staying down the road. It was a great, quiet location. It's a very short walk to the beach. There are several great bakeries, ice cream shops, and restaurants within walking distance too! This was the most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. The hosts have thought of everything! There were plenty of towels, laundy and dish soap, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, lots of kitchen utensils, etc. I would highly recommend this VRBO. The host is very responsive and made check-in a breeze!

What a great property in a fantastic area! Condo itself was very clean, stocked with all of the essential amenities, and came with a guide for the local area! The beach was easy to get to and there were ample chairs, umbrellas, wagons, toys, etc. for us to use!Check in and out was a breeze! We cannot wait to stay again!!!

We were very pleased with everything about this unit. Unit was very well equipped with everything one could need, from beach towel, wagons, coolers, umbrellas, extra blankets, pillows, even floor fans in each bedroom. Just a minutes walk to the beach or ice cream. Perfect for our Long Beach weekend. Angie responded promptly to every message and made sure our stay was perfect.

We love the IRB area and this condo was excellent. The location was just steps from the beach, with a view from the deck. The condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Our host was communicative and responsive. We hope to return!

Angie and this property were so wonderful for our girls trip! Angie made check-in super easy, shared some great recommendations and provided very clear instructions for check-in, parking, and check-out. Inside, everything was super clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Our favorite spot was the balcony for morning coffee, evening cocktails and late night chats. The proximity to the beach is UNMATCHED. We loved being able to walk only 2 minutes to the beach and having all the beach accessories available including chairs, umbrellas, wagon, noodles, and coolers.We all agreed, if we come back to Indian Rocks Beach, we would definitely want to stay at Angie's place again. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend with the girls!

Having stayed here before we rebooked again and were pleased with the latest updates done to the property, including some new furniture and a completely remodelled bathroom.Location is great for access to the local areas and facilities of Indian Rocks Beach, Belle Air, Clearwater etc.Definately one to return to.

We love IRB and this was a great unit to stay in. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Kooky Coconut is a short walk away. The balcony is great. IRB is so chill and we love it. This unit will be on our short list to return.

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this condo…we keep coming back because it’s just that wonderful! Great location, clean, comfortable and the hostess is fabulous!

Everything was great. My only complaint was that the overhead ceiling fan made an odd noise, so I wasn't able to use it.

The stay and Angie’s place was so relaxing. No need to bring a thing other than your own personal belongings. This get a way has everything you need for your home away from home. We were able to walk the beach daily within a block from our home. So clean and the beds were comfortable. We actually walked to Crabby Bills from here… way easier than driving in traffic. Sweetest ice cream parlor around the corner as well with great prices. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were very happy with the accommodations, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the best parts of the stay. It was very comfortable! A good nights rest on vacation is important . Apartment was very nice and the location excellent. Some small details could be improved and could be a touch cleaner but all very minor. Definitely recommend.

We had a delightful time. The property is a short walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and other venues. We have experienced many rentals over the years… the owners of this property left nothing out. In addition to being beautifully decorated, they made sure every little detail was taken care of. It was clean and pristine, and the check in was super easy. We would love to return to this wonderful apartment.

Everything was perfect just like the photos. Loved the location, close to the beach and all of the little shops and restaurants. The host id suoer responsive to any questions you might have. It’s such a laid back area …can’t recommend enough!

We stayed a month here. Everything was great. Very clean, comfortable mattresses as well as living room sofas and outdoor furniture. There was guest parking, which is great for a vacation property in this location, one block walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. The owner was very communicative...always answered any communications immediately. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Angie our Vrbo host was wonderful. Communication was always fast and informational.The condo was exactly as it was listed. Angie has thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away and never very busy. Both beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets if needed. The bathroom has an awesome shower with 2 rain heads and the water pressure was amazing! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. From appliances like a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle iron, blender, and a bullet. To all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, and glasses you need. The desk is great. You can sit and listen to the waves and see the beach between the house. Parking is available for at least 2 vehicles. The neighborhood is very safe. We never felt uncomfortable. You can walk to many places for food and drink. Or take a short drive for more options and grocery store or Walmart. The closet on the main level is full of everything for the beach. Chairs, toys, coolers, beach bags, and a wagon to haul it all. Even beach towels and sunscreen. Overall it was just a wonderful experience!! We'll definitely be back!!

The unit is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is spotless and well organized. We made breakfast each morning during our 4 nights stay. It has all the cookware we need. The bathroom is very chic and super clean, including all the quality towels. The beds are just soooo comfortable. We had great sleep during our stay. Angie has great taste on decorating and providing comfortable home. About location, the unit is just steps away from Indian Rock Beach. We went to the beach every day during our stay. We fish, we walked, we looked for shells, we watched sunset. We even spotted dolphin. There is always something to do at the beach. Best thing is it is less crowded than Sand Key or Clearwater. We truly have a vacation like locals. There are many great restaurants nearby. We tried Kooky Coconut and Keegan Seafood grill and enjoyed them very much. In summary, Angie's unit is very clean and comfortable. It is like a home away from home. If you are looking for beach vacation, this is the one.

Our stay at this rental was fabulous. It is a beautiful condo with newer amenities and is very clean. The balcony and furniture was a great perk to relax on. The location to the beach and restaurants is close and amazing. The condo has everything you need for the beach or to relax inside. We would definitely stay here again. Stayed here for four nights with family visiting both from out of state and locally. Very comfortable, clean, comfy beds, well-supplied kitchen, responsive property manager, and the location near the beach was fabulous! Highly recommend.
