AMAZING LOCATION! 4 blocks to Beach and Washington Street Mall!

We stayed here for a long weekend in the off-season when my son graduated from Coast Guard basic training. This house is very well set up for a large group. It is well furnished & comfortable.

Communication between owners and myself lacking, arrived at check in time and had to wait a half hour for them to get back to me with entrance code. Property clean and comfortable. Upstairs neighbors ( who I personally think are the owners or someone they know) were loud and partied late into the night. This property not for family people. I was unable to get much sleep nor were my family.

The location is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. However, we had a family above us with small children and you heard them jumping and running until late at night. Was very disturbing. We contacted the host but no improvement was made after our complaint.

The home was lovely & clean. Great location. But the people upstairs had younger children that just kept running back & forth. It was a lot of noise. They also weren’t aware of the parking situation. Perhaps if the upstairs was carpeted it would cut down on noise.

Wonderful location and cozy house.

We traveled to Cape May for a girls weekend. The house is well maintained and had plenty of room for sleeping and socializing. We loved the outdoor space, too. Easy walking distance to Washington Square Mall, Congress Hall and bars/restaurants. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. Wpild definitely stay again!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and everyone loved it. Location was perfect, good walking distance from anything we could really need. Back patio/bar area was cute, enough bedrooms for 7 of us.. kitchen was great for our brunch and relaxing after a day at the beach. Dryer was helpful for towels and place was clean. Easy check-in and first floor worked for us. Will book again.

Great location and a nice place to stay with family. With a few minor adjustments my family and I would have been extremely satisfied but we loved that there was excellent restaurants just at the corner.. makes it easy when traveling with little ones. And although the Washington St Mall & beach are a 10 minute walk away, with good company goes by in a breeze.

We just got home from our week in the 1st floor of this 2 family house. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Easy walking to everything. Our dog was comfortable too! Only downside is the upstairs has very little noise insulation so you hear whoever is upstairs walking/playing.

Had a great stay. Cozy accomodations and nice neighborhood.

Other than wishing the property was closer to the beach, the property is great. My biggest complaint is that the outdoor seating is extremely uncomfortable and in poor shape as the seats are very rusted. The only other small complaint is that we wish in master bedroom that the one curtain was darker to keep the light out. Overall great property!

The property location is absolutely perfect for everything - beach, dining, shopping, etc. We would definitely book this home again.
