The Space:

Spanning two floors, this charming duplex offers two bedrooms, accommodatingup to four guests. The spacious master bedroom boasts amazing views of the lake and features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two cozy single beds.



Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, alongside modern amenities including a TV, WiFi, washing machine, and dryer.



Step outside to the patio, where an outdoor table beckons for leisurely al fresco dining on sunny days. Enclosed by a secure fence, it's the perfect spot for families with little ones to play safely.



Covered parking is available off the street for up to two cars, with ample additional space on the road.



The property is located in a serene neighborhood primarily surrounded by holiday homeowners. Stroll to the corner to The Bay Bar & Brasserie for a delightful meal and drinks, or pop into the nearby dairy for convenient supplies.



For family fun, a charming 'pirate ship' playground awaits just up the road, while a short drive leads to the renowned L'Arte Cafe & Gallery, or, stay lakeside and venture to the nearby pontoon for kayak rentals.
