Amazing Gulf Front Unit for 8!beach srvc included!!!

The location is perfect, elevators were very fast and quickly available, the condo layout was ideal for our family, and a great bonus was the box fan.

Great stay!

The place was very clean. Had pots and pans except they didn’t have a crockpot. Everybody was friendly.

We got there Friday 25th, door code was not working, we called the rental company and they rectified it immediately. Upon entering the unit we noticed the floor was very dirty. I understand you are at the beach and a little sand is expected but our white socks turned black in about 2 mins without us stepping foot on the balcony or beach. We called the management right away and they again were quick to respond and scheduled a cleaning for the floor the next day (totally fine as it was already 6pm). The refrigerator was also an issue. It was not cooling and the freezer was about the temp the frige should have been. We again contacted management and they said that the cleaners keep the fridge open and it may take 8hrs to bring it back to temp. We waited a day but still was the same. The maintenance guy texted us and suggested we lower the fridge temp which we did on Sat night. Sunday morning we woke to the fridge and freezer working like normal however there was water on the floor from the fridge. Needless to say i immediately notified the maintenance and they came out to look at it and explained it as a dual freezing system and sometimes it happens kinda thing. I would suggest to the Property Management to advise cleaning team to not leave fridge open so long. Issues aside the PM handled them great. The unit is ok, the couch was a bit old, the twin bunks had a bit of sand in bed. Overall I didn't hate it but didn't love it. Its a nice unit but needs a bit of TLC

The condo was beautiful. Beach was beautiful. The only complaint I have is there weren’t enough chairs around the pool.

Wonderful unit on the 21st floor. Great location, nice and quiet in the evenings, as well as nice comfy beds and a kitchen with all the necessary items for creating your own meals or ordering in. Beach service that is included with the rental was great no lugging beach junk up and down the elevators!

Everyone was fantastic especially Natalie the most helpful kind and hospitable! The view , pool and beach awesome! Location was fabulous close to everything we needed.

The condo was lovely with plenty of room.however, the couch was very rundown and uncomfortable. It was in bad need of an update. The cookware/utensils were also in need of updating but overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the location

This was our second stay at Sterling Breeze. The property is always clean, staff is friendly, the amenities are perfect. This is the only condo I plan to book for future visits to PCB.

Wonderful place and Wonderful views. Everything was exactly as advertised. 100% recommend staying here again.

Great family vacation

We love Sterling Breeze. Everyone very nice and helpful. Lady at parking garage I believe her name was Natalie was very friendly and helpful!

Property was great. Check in process was very easy. Only issue was internet service, but that was due to near by construction.

The condo was so nice, loved being so high up. Plenty of room. Great trip! Will rent again!

Condo is very nice with a beautiful view . Well equipped with everything we needed. It's big and spacious good comfortable beds. Very nice big balcony and elevators are fast especially being on the 21st floor . Will definitely stay here again .

We had an amazing stay for a long weekend would be perfect for a lot longer trip!
