The view is wonderful. The walk to the beach is very short and it is a great beach. The unit is very clean. The host’s communication was timely and thorough.

Overall good stay. Easy access to beach and great view. Can be tricky with young kids especially with the rude lady below you who seemed to live there. We could smell marijuana across the property everytime we were outside. The rental itself was clean and smell free.

Condo was awesome and the service and communication was excellent.

Overall the stay was great. We had a few check-in issues that were handled immediately. Directions were clear and responses were fast and friendly. Tip: bring extra paper products if you are going to be there for more than a few days as they only provide starter products. Location was good and community was safe and friendly. Kitchen was nice, wish they had seasonings so we didn’t have to buy new ones on vacay. If you plan to use the pullout couch make sure to bring extra blankets as there is not an extra one, only sheets.

This was a fantastic place to stay on Hilton Head! The condo was very clean, comfortable, quick access to beach, quite (stayed during peak season and we couldn't hear anyone) and made our stay very enjoyable. Owner communicated extremely well with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Very much recommend anyone considering a trip to the island to book!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit has an unencumbered view of the ocean, and we were visited by local deer, rabbits, and birds. It is easy to walk to the ocean, local shopping and dining. Overall, it is a very nice unit.

The location and ocean front view of this property cannot be beat! The porch overlooks the shoreline and is the best afternoon hangout spot or place to drink your coffee in the morning. The king size bed is a major bonus and the property had everything we needed, including ample amount of paper products, bath towels, and beach chairs and umbrella. The coin laundry was easy to use and the building elevator was a nice convenience. We also appreciated the covered parking! The property manager had excellent communication and was easily reached before and throughout our stay. This property is a short walk to all of the local shopping and restaurants, in addition to the beach. We loved it here and look forward to returning in the future! Highly recommend this place!

Loved the corner unit with the best ocean and beach view. A short walk for a sunrise beach walk or just as pretty on the veranda. The décor and room arrangement was beachy and comfy.

The unit was clean and well maintained. Michael was very informative and easy to work with.The ocean and sunrise views were stunning. We loved sitting on the patio and listening to the waves.The location was very walkable and close to shopping and restaurants.We would definitely stay in this same unit and work with Michael!

Condo was perfect for husband and I. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Could not have asked for a better view. Would love to return.

My wife and I just spent a week at Seaside Villas 1. The condo was very nice and clean, and the location was great. Mike was very easy to communicate with.

As listing states Amazing Ocean front View. Ascwe walked in upon arrival we were i awe. The patio curtins were opened to our view of the surrounding property and the ocean. Having stayed on the property several times and trying different apts, this was by far the best choice. There is nothing better than having morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean from your own perch. The apt was clean and bright, easily accessible and parking was right below. Thanks.

We love HHI and try and come once a year. We treated ourselves by staying in a condo on the beach. This condo was perfect for our needs. Michael was a wonderful host and communicated well by text before our trip and after. We highly recommend this unit. The area is perfect, you can park and walk or ride a bike everywhere! The location is fantastic! Facing the ocean from the balcony was great. We really enjoyed the balcony and views. Close to many restaurants and of course, Coligny. I think the only negative is that the unit could have been a little cleaner. Nothing emergent, but unit could use a deep clean. And adding more pillowcases for all of the pillows would have been good, too. Nice unit for the price with great location.

Location was great. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. Also from Memorial Day to Labor Day they have a free trolley that will take you to just about any place on the island. Beach view was fantastic. There are some beach chairs in the condo. Mike was very proactive in making sure everything was set for our arrival months before. Great host. Communications was excellent. I would definitely recommend and stay there again

The location for this unit is fantastic. Steps to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Mike was on point the entire time including checking in when Spectrum alerted him of a potential outage due to a storm. All required details were sent as promised leaving us to do nothing but relax and enjoy. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus although we opted to rent an umbrella for the week at the stand on the beach. All in all a great experience for our first extended stay on Hilton Head.

Did not disappoint. So nice. Bed was great, kitchen had everything. Couch was very comfy. Didn't need to be on the beach...just sit on the veranda. Perfect for two people. Never even turned on the TV. Liked watching the stream of people going to and from the beach. Great vacation and hope to be back soon.
