Nice condo and great location

we loved everything about this property as soon as you walk in you just get that great vacation vibe they have great easy listening music playing ,we got to our room and everything we needed was there fridge microwave etc and the view we had was just breathtaking can't wait to go back

Have lived in Florida 50 years, this beach ,sand , flat shoreline and quiet beauty is simply the ultimate getaway... ps You can drive on the north section of beach only.. something different .. enjoy!!

Had a very nice stay...but the water pressure in the shower was not good at all, but not a fault of the owner of the Condo I stayed in , I'm sure. Will definitely return to this perfect place to vacation, with great customer service, and happy, very polite people all around !

When this property is full or booked, we experienced the hot water temperature to drop and stay warm. We mentioned this to the front desk, and the we’re shook. But reading reviews on the room others complained about this issue.

Great value for being right on the ocean beach. Good sized room albeit a little outdated. A fully equipped kitchen , sleeper sofa , two pools , on the beach and a short walk to Flagler ave. We will stay here again. Our second time here, we ended up renting a private residence unit this time with a larger balcony and even better ocean view. The staff are all great too!

The balcony view was great. It was a little chilly so it was nice to see the sunrise from the balcony. We also were able to see 2 Satellite launch from the balcony. The room was clean and had all we needed. The only minor issue was the bath towels did have makeup stains on them. They were white, so I am sure to get them 100% clean is hard.

We had an amazing view from our balcony to watch the space launches and the ocean views. Within walking distance was Flagler street and there’s restaurants, bars, small shops and all kinds of entertainment. Mrs Minawi was great and kept us up to the minute with the check in process. (And even available early) he was more than accommodating. And so kind. We will definitely return next year.

My husband and I had a great weekend away at this beautiful spot. The condo had everything we needed. We made ourselves breakfast. Enjoyed the beautiful pool able to walk sit in the resorts Beach area

We had a great 10 day stay! The condo was very comfortable! It could use some up dating! Great location! We will stay again!

4th floor corner condo. Can see clear to space center and watch the rockets go up. Has everything you need for your stay. Just wish it had a king bed.

Took my girlfriend here for a few days to enjoy the beach. Condo was clean, check in and out was quick and easy. Owners were always quick to respond. If we go back to NSB, we will try to stay here again.

Overall I enjoyed this location. The owner communicated very well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a storm just came through and the elevator and AC was not working. However the condo stayed very comfortable with a window unit AC. Also this is a great location and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful New Smyrna Beach. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were wonderful to keep up with us even though there was an issue with the air conditioner. They provided a solution very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay. They are going through some remodeling, so only one elevator was working. Also, the air-conditioning in our room wasn't working. But, our host made us aware prior to us arriving and they installed portable AC. which made it very comfortable in the bedroom, and bearable in the rest of the condo. Great location as it is walking distance to flagler ave. We would definitely stay at this property again. The front desk people are a little less than friendly.

Needs attention. Edges of bathroom door filthy. Corner tub and wall not clean. Kitchen: sink stopper gross. Cooking utensils not up to par. Not enough water pressure. The good: clean, fluffy bath towels. Great mattress and pillows. Nice clean sheets. Man's sock left in dresser drawer. Gross.

The room is great. The beach is great, but I would be aware of the staff.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Ocean front view with fireworks on the balcony was a plus!!! Will definitely stay again and again.

Perfect beach front stay. Excellent property. Will definitely return.
