Amazing Direct Ocean Front 3 Bedroom Condo... Spectacular views!

We loved our stay! The unit was very updated and had a beautiful view of the beach. We loved being an end unit so we could quickly get down to the beach. The host has stocked the unit very well. We’d definitely stay there again.

Ocean was viewable but that about. Place was dusty and many things did not work(ie screen sliders would not move, electric shade in master bedroom was stuck 3/4 of the way down , tub did not drain, broken chair for dining table, absolutely terrible cookware) I could go on and on but could not get out of there fast enough. I would expect some type of refund as place was NOT as described. I have used VRBO in the past. This is the worst experience. Oh did I mention there was roof work going on that was noisy and asphalt was raining down on our balcony.

Clean and well furnished. Comfortable bed. Secure and ample free parking. Good location with easy access (by car) to restaurants and sightseeing. Nice heated pool, well maintained. Easy walk to beautiful beach, although Beach is limited visible from condo due to natural dunes but you can still see the gorgeous sunrises!. The only reason we did not give five stars is because of the fact that the condo is on the 2nd floor right next to a door that leads outside to the side of the bldg. that door was zip tied open 24/7 with easy access. The bathtub/shower needs to be equipped with a grab bar and non-slip strips for older visitors. We did have a few small issues and Derek was very responsive and helpful. Overall, We enjoyed our week very much.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Anastasia has been our go-to for vacation always in the past and rated each experience a five-star. However, some factors did not make this a five-star stay. First, the entrance to the unit had a safety issue with a large piece of loose tile at the entrance, and also not enough adequate lighting. We wanted to check the type of coffee filters needed before going to the store to pick up a few grocery items. When the filter department was opened, there was a filter in the basket with GREEN coffee grounds and what looked like mildew on the basket. When we got started putting things away, something sticky was on the handles of the fridge and freezer and on the counter tops, and the wall leaving the kitchen looked as though food was prepared and splattered on the wall, which my wife had to clean. The rental information stated no pets allowed. We wear black socks and when they were removed each day, there was dog hair on the bottoms of the socks. If the unit had been cleaned prior to our stay, I don't think it should've been left up to my wife to clean the kitchen and the dog hair would've been vacuumed up. We weren't able to watch anything except YouTube TV. All the other channels had to be set up with online Google accounts. We even tried using my wife's Google account she uses at home and still couldn't get in. This was really aggravating since it rained everyday except one the whole time we were on vacation. I did give the person managing the property a five star due to his being very nice and helpful. We have recommended Anastasia to many of our friends and relatives on the units we have previously stayed. If the concerns noted had been addressed before our arrival, we would be happy to recommend this unit as well. I would give the great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach a definite five star.

We stayed at Anastasia for 5 nights. The property was a great location and we had a wonderful time. There were a lot of issues, but the property manager did offer a credit for our trouble, so I feel that I want to be honest in this review. He also was very attentive, offering to have someone come in during our stay and fix things and get us more towels. We declined, We did not want anything else to interrupt our trip. This is a great property and a great location, it just really needs some TLC. I don’t believe the property manager has even been into the property in quite some to see the issues. We arrived 1 hour early to the off site pick up/check in location. There was no reason to make anyone go to this location, a simple email with check in codes and details would suffice. When we arrived at the condo, we were about 15 minutes early and the maid was still there. We just dropped our luggage and left, to not rush her or be in her way. The following are all the issues that occurred. Master sheets not washed smell and stains. Had to do laundry at 10pm. Guest bathroom -Towel bar broke we fixed Guest bathroom -stool was running when arrival. Constant running throughout stay. Guest bathroom shower does not drain. Towel bar in guest bathroom shower broken. Screen door master bedroom broken. Was allowed 1 towels each and no shower towel or rug. Water under kitchen sink leaks. 2 laundry tabs given and was supposed to start a load of laundry at checkout Not!!
