Welcome to our little beachfront condo directly facing the seawall! Galveston has been a staple summer vacation spot for our family and we look forward to sharing it with your family! Our condo is perfect for families, couples, or friends.

There is so much to do in Galveston. Take a stroll on the seawall, have fun in the sun by the pool or beach, check out the fishing piers, amusement parks, great restaurants and so much more.

The space
Thisbeachfront condo is a cozy 500 square foot space which sleeps 6 adults COMFORTABLY. No knocking your head on a low hanging bunk beds here! Our space features, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size sofa sleeper, 1 memory foam twin bed, and 1 sleeping cot. You will certainly enjoy this space more than a hotel room.

One of our favorite features about our condo is the amazing view from the balcony. Since this condo is on the top floor you will be overlooking the beach and the pool. Enjoy making a nice meal overlooking the ocean!

Within two minutes of walking your toes will be in the sand.

For families this is a great condo. Parents can keep their privacy in the bedroom, while the kids enjoy the open space. Families can enjoy a range of activities at the Victorian condo, as mentioned above.

This condo is also great for couples. Enjoy a romantic evening on the balcony, with some wine after a day in the sun. You can also enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or inside the condo by cuddling up in front of the TV for a movie and some popcorn.

Of course, this is also a great spot for friends to get together. You can sleep 2 in the bedroom, 2 on the sleeper sofa, 1 in the built-in twin bed, 1 in the cot. No one will be banging their heads here from the bunk beds! So the 6 of you can crash after a fun-filled day at the beach or after a night out on the island. Locals are super friendly and interactive.

Our goal is for your next vacation here to be awesome and we’ll try our best to make it a great experience for you. In fact, if there's something you think we could do to make your stay even better, please ask! We will consider your requests. This place is perfect for a family vacation, a couples getaway, or a beach hangout with friends. Galveston is waiting!

The entire condo unit is yours to enjoy. Please do!

If you have forgotten an item or want to do a little cooking Kroger, Walmart, and Randalls are less than a 5 min drive away! We always keep fresh linens and towels ready for you along with clean cookware, utensils, and dishware for your use.

We also have wireless internet access throughout the unit, basic cable TV, and an extra long HDMI cord for convenient sharing and watching. Please be aware that the WiFi & cable TV service can be weak but generally is great and without hassle.

The condo property has even more! There are two pools on site: one with a mushroom water feature and shallow entry that's a favorite with kids. You'll also enjoy two hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis court, BBQ area, and more. See the friendly folks at the front desk for more details.

Important Considerations
This is important! Please read the below items very carefully! Consider booking elsewhere if you have any issue with these notes. We don't want you to be disappointed.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, but you're welcome to arrive anytime after the front office opens on the morning of your check-in day. If early check in is available and requested you will be accommodated. Please note that this is not the case for all stays, particularly when we have guests checking out and new guests checking in on the same day. If the front office is closed when you arrive, just check in with the on-site security in person or by phone at 409-795-7302.

Please note that our condo is part of a managed condominium property, The Victorian. When you arrive, check in at the front desk similar to arriving at a hotel. You'll need to pay a $40 resort fee which includes up to two parking tags for your vehicles, pool and hot tub wristbands, and WiFi access codes. If you need more parking passes, it’s $40 for every two additional passes. Also, the resort fee for stays 8 days or longer is $80 per stay. No cash, only credit or debt cards accepted paid directly to The Victorian during check in at the front desk.

When checking-in, you'll need to sign a guest form which will be your acknowledgement of the rules of the property. Remember the units at The Victorian are privately-owned and the property is managed by our owner's association. Please be respectful.

Our condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every guest, but please practice healthy hygiene at all times and maintain a safe distance from others while out and about. Also, please note the hot tubs and fitness center are closed for everyone's well-being. The pools are open but may be closed at any moment if they get too crowded.

Additionally, please understand this is our families personal vacation home that we share with many other guests. Naturally, some of the things we keep there for ourselves and our guests might be missing or broken from time to time. You might even come across bugs or other pests. You should be prepared for this possibility if you decide to book our place.

Finally, 2 other very important things to note as well: we do not allow smoking in our condo and we're not able to accommodate pets or assistance animals of any kind. Please consider booking elsewhere if you need to smoke inside or bring an animal. If you do, your reservation might be cancelled and you might be charged a minimum $250 fee.

If you need something though, please don’t be afraid to ask. We’ll try our best to help and accommodate.

    The check in process was very smooth. The room was nice. I appreciated having an oven, very convenient! It’s on the 3rd floor but having elevators down the hall helped.

    The condo is super cute! The owner is quick to respond. The only negative is that the elevator is extremely slow, or doesn’t work at all. Beautiful view, nice pools and hot tubs.

    This is the second time I've stayed at this property and both times have been exceptional! Communication with the property owner was so simple and she responded quick! The location is perfect and the condo was really clean with plenty of supplies in case we may have forgotten something. Highly recommend!

    Everything was great with a few miner issues. Neither pool was heated. Kitchen could use a bit more... Otherwise we enjoyed the stay a lot. Would come again.

    We love staying at the Victorian and this is one of the better condos we’ve stayed in, with a good view of the water and pools. The clothes washer/dryer was a huuuge bonus, although there is no way to just dry something. You must run it through at least a rinse cycle to get to the dryer settings. That did not take away from the experience at all though. It is also along the back wall of the condos, so there is no hallway. With the amount of constant moisture, the halls at the Vic get a little musty when it gets hot. The Vic is a great family condo to stay at. There were only a couple of drawbacks. First, the shower leaks out all over the bathroom floor. The shower doors do not hold the water in. We had to sacrifice a towel every time we took showers and the rug was constantly wet. Second, there is a tapping inside the wall in the bedroom that starts around 630 and ends around 830 every day except the days it was actively raining. It sounds like a water drop is tapping the table mounted to the wall. Even with the drawbacks, we are more than willing to stay here again.
