Our experience at the condo was excellent! The view is breathtaking and access to the beach and pool so easy. The condo offers many kitchen facilities. We had one or two small problems at the beginning of our stay and Mike responded quickly and was cooperative. Everything is very positive and I recommend the place. My only recommendation would be to give a little love to both bathrooms (showers). Personally, I took my shower in the gym’s bathroom vs at the condo. Thanks Mike for the stay!

We were at mike’s place during covid. We started with a few mechanical issue which mike was both attentive to and quick to respond to and very fair with us regarding them. The fact that we had a private beach was so wonderful during the quarantine. Really, our salvation and our sanity. The building management was very in step with sanitation steps and procedures which gave us great comfort and safety. Overall, it was a beach “Haven”! Thank you, Mike.

Longboat Key and surrounding areas are a perfect place to enjoy all that Florida offers. The condo is direct ocean front with beautiful views. We saw dolphins, pelicans, Herons and even woodpeckers! The owners are very attentive and helpful. the building is well maintained and very quiet. it was a fabulous time!
