    A sheet with instructions for TV operation would be helpful, current set up was hard to navigate. Great location with nice bedrooms. Weather was poor. Power was out in businesses on beach side for part of day, but condo was good.

    The photos advertising this property are what the owner claims was full disclosure. However, while it does say it’s on the third floor, it does NOT say there is no elevator to get there. My parents are elderly and were unable to stay with me. I had to find other accommodations for them. This posting it’s a complete violation to people of disabilities. As far as amenities, basic essentials were negligible The dish soap was a dawn soap bottle refilled with cheap soap, definitely not Dawn. The soaps or shampoos- an inch of each in a tall bottle of White Rain. Cheap. We ran out of toilet paper. There was one body towel per person, but no wash cloths and only one hand towel per bathroom. This is the absolute worst rental I have ever had on South Padre Island in ten years. The price is what one would expect for a more classy and quality stay!! And usually a posting on Expedia under going renovations will disclose that. We had early morning noise as huge machinery began each morning! I only gave two stars because the furniture and paint were fairly recently refreshed.
