Amazing 3rd Floor Condo w/ Incredible views of the Santa Rosa Sound!

The owners’ decor choices were lovely. The firm mattress is great for back sleepers (very firm), but not so great after a few days for us side sleepers. A shorter stay might have been the better choice for us. The condo was dust and fingerprint free. Surfaces, bedding, presentation were great. The floors were swept, but soiled our feet (needed a good scrubbing). Great location for beaches and swimming. Many people enjoyed the pier and fishing.

Beautiful view of the sound from the living room and bedroom. The new pier was so nice; my husband caught several fish and fed them to a pelican who visited with us. We have stayed in this property several times over the years. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. We always found it very clean during our previous visits. The mattress needs replacing, the living room furniture is tired and also needs replacing. Sadly, they are building a development next to the complex which will block the stunning views from the balcony.

The place was as advertised, Beach was beautiful, quiet and peaceful, and close by. The parking at the beach assigned entrances gets a bit hectic, so go early. Nice neighborhood, plenty of good eateries around. The pool was clean and the water was perfect. They have fishing on the premises and a nice gazebo for barbecueing.

Easy to check in and even got to check in early which was nice. In a great location just across the road from the beach and right on the sound. We also enjoyed the fishing pier and pool perfect place to stay as a small family.
