Amazing 18th Floor Beachfront Corner Unit! Stunning 2 Balconies! BayWatch Resort

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Myrtle Beach! The condo was exceptionally clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. It was also thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, from kitchen essentials to everyday necessities, making our vacation stress-free.The beach access was fantastic—just a short, convenient walk that made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The location was perfect, and the entire property was well maintained and welcoming.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to enjoy a relaxing Myrtle Beach vacation!

This condo is right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean right from either balcony. The property offers pools and a lazy river, restaurants, and a next door parking garage that is included in the costs of the condo. The condo is very clean, modern appliances, and beach equipment /beach towels for our use. Mark was very prompt in communication. This is our favorite place to stay in Myrtle beach.

In 30 years coming to NMB for vacation this was by far the BEST condo we have ever stayed in! You could tell the owner takes pride in his condo. Only drawbacks were the pools at our building being out of service which our owners had no control over but BAYWATCH should have planned it better as we never saw anyone working on them and during summer pools are part of what we paid for!

Very clean beautiful condo with amazing views! The kitchen was fully stocked as a home would be. Couldn't say more about how convenient the appliances for kitchen and for laundry that was available. No need to buy a thing to cook with! It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Mark was our host and was there to answer any questions we had. I would give it 12 stars if I could. Oh and the abundance of pools amazing. Sandtrap Restaurant food was excellent! Mark the host pointed us to some amazing restaurants. Wonderful time!!!!

Condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Beautiful beach and ocean views. Host was very easy to communicate with and worked to make our stay enjoyable. Condo had been updated with new appliances and counter tops. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. Having restaurants on premises was nice. Looking forward to booking again.

The property was exactly as listed, beachy decor, well maintained, and excellent views from both balconies. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The communication with our host was easy and timely. We had an excellent time and would definitely return.

This condo is very nicely decorated, well stocked, and so comfortable . . . But the most special parts of if it are the views! Whoever coined the phrase ‘Location, location, location” was talking about this home. The 18th floor views make you feel like Rose on the Titanic. The condo was as pictured. It was well stocked, clean and was everything we hoped for. No additional parking fees and fast elevators were a plus. Great view and family rental.

The views from the balcony are unbeatable. The unit was clean and plenty of room for a family of 4. The owner was super friendly, easy to work with and had some great restaurant recommendations. The elevators are fast and we never waited more than 20 seconds for one. Pools and hot tub are nice and easy access to the beach.

Mark was a fantastic host! We had one small question about the TV and he solved it in a few minutes for us. The condo is amazing and even has beach chairs and other beach items guests can use. It is VERY clean. The view is spectacular!! It was hard to leave and we hope to be able to come back someday.

An amazing place! The views from this 18th floor corner unit were breathtaking. The sturdy - and comfortable - balcony furniture and very cozy and large blankets made sitting out on the balconies (yes there are two, another from the second bedroom) just heavenly! The kitchen was very well stocked - even had an external water and ice dispenser in the fridge and both a regular coffee pot and a keurig. Lovely decor and quality beach towels and chairs for our use. The host, Mark, was very responsive and all instructions very clear. We tried to reserve for the same time next year while there but it was already booked, so we’re considering another time of year, even though holiday time is when we have been going to Myrtle and North Myrtle, for about 15 years now (save for 2020 and 2021). Easily our favorite overall stay in all those years.

This was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise each morning. Very nicely decorated with extra touches, but still comfortable.

This condo is a gem. Designed well as a 2 bedroom. The views are incredible! The host is very responsive and fixes/will fix any issues.

Great property and wonderful host. Mark helps to navigate the check in and check out process, and the space is top notch. Double balconies for the bedrooms were an absolute treat, the bathrooms were spacious and the master shower was a godsend with a sandy infant, the appliances were high end and made dinners in an experience rather than a chore. Up to date washer and dryer with detergent included meant we left with cleaner clothes and towels than when we arrived.Mark had chairs, towels, and boards for the beach. If you’re wondering “can I save room in the car?” The answer is absolutely yes. There were just enough common amenities like soaps and trash bags that we didn’t need to immediately hit the stores, so we could dodge the crowds. The property being on a ‘resort’ was at first a worry for us with the potential crowds and the parking infrastructure. We were surprised by the facilities in a good way, ate dinner downstairs one night, enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, and didn’t feel crowded in. 18th floor meant a lot of elevators, but there are three and they are high speed and clean.Overall, the experience was great, the property clean and high end, and the host a pleasure to work with. This will be on our list whenever we look to stay in the area. If you’ve found the listing and it fits your schedule, you should book this.

The condo was clean and had a wonderful view from both balconies. The pools and lazy river were good and was nice to have restaurants available on premises. There were many restaurants within a couple miles including several at Barefoot Landing. I would definitely recommend and stay at this condo again.

We had an amazing trip to Myrtle Beach and this unit was perfect for us. There were 5 of us, 3 children. It was the perfect location, convenient to everything, and the unit was great! Well stocked, great onsite amenities and pools, amazing views with multiple balconies. We had the easiest process arriving and leaving, no problems, and very clear communication from Mark. It’s also great for parents because the kid-room is across the unit from the master bedroom, giving some space to make it more relaxing! Everything was new and well kept. We had a great time and would go again!

This Property was by far the cleanest and Nicest property I have ever stayed. EVERYTHING worked as it should. Nothing was broke. Everything was new or up to date. The owner was awesome to deal with. He even checked in on us during the week to see if we needed anything. Such an awesome experience. Not one bug in the place (if you've been down south you know) Bathrooms were mold free, unit was beyond clean. I even let my son sleep on the couch it was so clean typically for me that's a no no because most times the units are not kept how they should and they are given a 30 minute clean up between tenants but NOT THIS PLACE it was immaculate. I highly recommend.

Awesome property to stay. Corner balcony on a high floor was like staying in your own world. Host was attentive and communicated well. Close to all NMB amenities.

My family & I have stayed at this condo twice now and we love it! It's beautiful and we love that it's an end unit with 2 balconies. Also, we love the master bedroom shower (spacious with a bench). The keyless door lock is nice. We really like that the condo complex keeps the beach lit up at night with big lights so that kids can play football games, or just hang out and we can actually see them, so it feels safer. The host, Mark, was very attentive to make sure everything went well for us. It seems like the complex has upgraded the elevators since our first stay here.. they are very fast, which helps prevent waiting! I would recommend this condo!

Very nice, clean, well maintained condo. New washer and dryer worked great and kitchen well stocked. It was wonderful to use the beach chairs and towels that were available with renting the condo. Would definitely stay there again!

Condo was beautifully updated and decorated. New appliances. Very well-maintained and comfortable for 3-4 people. Beds were comfortable and impeccably made with smart linens. The views from the balconies could not be beat. Bay Watch had nice clean pools and friendly staff. Easy to check in/check out/park. Crescent Beach is clean and very enjoyable.My compliments and gratitude to the owner/host, Mark. His communication was fantastic. Clear and well-detailed. Very responsive AND proactive. Could not ask for a better host.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the whole experience. From the start, Mark was attentive and helpful. He was very quick to respond to my messages. When we arrived, and I walked into the condo, it was amazing and everything the pictures showed. My family said several times what a nice condo it was. I also loved the view and the amenities that the resort had to offer. There were even beach chairs, mats, a cooler, and pool noodles! Mark thought of everything. We stayed for a week and I didn’t want to leave, . I will definitely see if this place is available when we come back before I would look for any other place. The only thing that I can say that I the fan vents in the bathrooms just need to be dusted. Otherwise it was amazing!

Stayed at Baywatch resort for a Myrtle Beach vacation on the top floor 18th floor corner unit. The condo was perfect. The property owner was so easy to explain all the details and give wonderful suggestions of where to go around while we were there if you haven’t stayed at Baywatch before please consider staying at Baywatch 18th floor tower one

This place was the best! Newly renovated and a corner unit, the views were great and the accommodations were 1st rate. Beds were super comfortable; two balconies; Pods for the washer; and the host (Mark) was awesome from beginning to end. Definitely recommend this place!

From beginning to end this place surpassed our expectations. The views alone are worth the stay here. The beach is just a couple of steps away and the pools are heated. Mark has everything you need to make your vacation fun and to feel at home. Mark is extremely happy to help with any questions or concerns. The area is safe and close to all supermarkets, gas and restaurants. We would love to come again. Ty Mark.

Great property to relax and get away from the snow up north.

My friend and I had a great quick trip to the beach. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. Views from the balconies were amazing. Highly recommend staying in this unit.

Condo had stunning views that were enjoyable from almost every room. Furniture was comfortable and was nice having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again, beautiful resort!

The condo was fantastic and fully equipped for a weekend stay. The views are incredible and the location was very convenient for all things N Myrtle. It was our first time in town and can't wait to return. Our host Marc was incredibly helpful and we would stay again!

Had a great time at the condo, great view for a perfect sunrise.

Overall, it was a good stay. Second bedroom was a bit same, although adequate. Two burners on the electric stove were not working properly.

Our 2nd time here & the stay fulfilled all of our wishes! Coming off of a strenuous week in Charlotte, we just wanted time to relax & chill. Was actually warm enough to walk the beach on a couple of days!
