Stayed Dec 31, 2022We love the location. There were a few broken things but maintenance was sent out to repair. I love to take baths but the water was only lukewarm. Not sure why, all other faucets were hot

We were able to fix a few dinners and had all we needed! Beds were comfortable. The view from balcony was beautiful and the location was quiet and relaxing! We liked it very much!

Stayed Mar 26, 2022Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property was clean, it is in desperate need of updating. There was no curtain for privacy on the master bathroom window. For the price ($2300for 7 nights) it should offer updated cabinetry etc. The mattresses in both bedrooms (king and two twins) need to be replaced. We all had backaches when we left. The view of the sunrises was outstanding. The pool was a comfortable temperature and we enjoyed using it. The short walk to the beach was easily doable.

Reviewer Comments: A great location: one block from the beach, Publix, Walgreens and several restaurants. This condo has only 10 units, it’s own swimming pool and a fishing dock on an inland waterway. Looking forward to coming back.
