Always Sunny at Seascape Beach Resort Sits Directly on Beach with Heated Pool

Perfect place to stay. Inside was decorated nice and very clean. Pool and access to the beach was nice and felt safe and comfortable. Good communication with the property owner. Would stay here again.

Our contact for our stay at Seascape Resort, Jessica, was very accessible and prompt to answer all our questions. She provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay! Seascape Resort provides great features for a stay in Galveston! Great direct access to the beach, outdoor showers and foot showers, nice pool area and hot tub! Very conveniently located to West End of island for quiet walks, enjoying gulf waves, birds and beaches. Also just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It’s a unique and great place for a stay on Galv. Island!

Everything was clean and the amenities were great.

Wonderful condo area. Felt very safe. Everything was very well maintained.Only thing was the couch in the living room was terribly uncomfortable. Other than that LOVED our stay and access to the beach and océan.

Beautiful beach views

The view was beautiful facing over the ocean, and the environment was very pleasing and quiet. Very relaxing.

We had a wonderful time hanging at the pool and the beach. It's so nice to not have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. It was a holiday weekend so we also enjoyed being close to the action but not 'in it' all the time. The kitchen was well appointed so we had several meals at the condo.

Perfect sized condo for our family of 4 (two teens). Everyone had enough space and privacy. We love the Seascape condos because of the pool and close access to the beach, but also the staff is amazing and the whole place has a great vibe. Lots of families and adventures with ghost crab hunting and sea shell finding. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very firm, hubby loved and I prefer softer. We loved our time and will keep coming back!

Enjoyed the proximity to Galveston proper and the beaches we tend to frequent. Pool was nice for a break from the beach. Will book again for another quick trip!

As of Feb 2025, a large condo complex named Tiara is being built in the adjacent lot. They have a huge diesel generator running 24/7. It’s loud and disturbing on the balcony. (It’s audible but not disturbing in the condo.) We were awoken every night by loud footsteps in the condo above. Not kids. Just shuffling to the bathroom and back. White noise machine didn’t help because it really sounded like somebody was walking around in our condo.Communication with the property manager was great. Other than the noise problems, the condo was as described. Easy check-in, even late at night. Very friendly and attentive security staff. Location is perfect because it’s close enough to town for a cheap Uber but past the seawall so it’s more scenic and easier to get to the beach.Recommend looking for a condo in this complex not on the construction side and on the top floor.

Was nice for a quick weekend away.

I enjoyed every morning at 7:15 ish watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The property, beach, and water was clean and enjoyed. Did not go to the pool since it was pretty crowded daily with youngsters. A plug to the Seawall Coffee Company across the highway in the shopping center. You are missing out if you do not stop in several times during your stay.

Jessica’s place is absolutely heaven! Seascape is a wonderful property. It’s very convenient to be able to walk over the foot bridge to the private beach. The pool and hot tubs are amazing too. This condo was very clean! The host was very responsive when I had questions. The king sized bed and queen sized beds were both comfortable. We did not use the bunks. The views and sounds from the balconies are so peaceful! The sunrises were beautiful and the balconies were shaded in the afternoon. We loved our stay at this condo. We will be back the next time we want to stay in Galveston! Just two things of note, bring bug spray. The mosquitos can be a bit much in Galveston. The stove top and microwave worked great. The oven is apartment sized and worked but man does it have a learning curve. Haha.

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Galveston! The condo was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. There was some water damage from the hurricane, but that was to be expected since it had just happened two prior to our visit. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The condo's balcony offered stunning views of the ocean, making it the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or watch the sunset. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They provided all of the beach accessories, which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Galveston.

I was there with my family of 5. I felt like we had enough room for each of our kids and all their things. The were so excited about the view as they had not been to beach yet. Was a nice stay, beats a hotel room any day!

Great location, great communication with host. Unit was clean, well stocked, beach towels and bath towels were appreciated. It's not a full 2 bathroom just one shower for 8 of us to share so that was harder. But overall a great experience

The condo was great for our family. We had two couples and 3 kids ages 2-9. The kids loved the bunk beds! The large balcony was also great for the whole crew to enjoy. The beach was very spacious and felt almost private. The pool area was very fun and the kiddie pool came in handy as well! We are already looking to book again for next summer!

The Condo was great....plenty of room...great location and loved the fact that we could take grandsons directly to the beach and back to the pool without the traffic. Excellent and I will come back and stay here again.
