Alpine Villa Condo 1- Find a Perch in Ketchum at Treehouse Condo

Disappointed that Washer/dryer listed but not in unit. When asked, was directed to coin laundry; thats false advertising... blinders not working were blamed on owner; fix it. My trips are work/adventure based. I work without break(why inhouse laundry is top two requirements(wifi is #1). Otherwise, i was able to hit sawtooths mountain biking and trailrunning but lost a day due to laundry duties. May not use Alpine Lodging going forward as listing may not be accurate?

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse Condo. The location was perfect for walking to downtown Ketchum and River Run. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of space for myself, my husband, and our daughter. We got very lucky that the temperatures had dropped right before we arrived, otherwise the condo would have been very hot to stay in. We were disappointed that the blinds in the living room were broken, so it made the space very dark. We also were unable to get the fireplace to work, and the TV is outdated as were were unable to connect for any type of streaming.

Very hot condo. Did get the extra fan we requested but the condo only had 3 forks. Which I told the host but never got any more delivered.

Property was overall well maintained. Many of the blinds were either broken or would not open or close properly. Entranceway is torn up with large pieces of concrete. No AC which would be a problem in the summer. Overall though a lovely, well located space.

The location of the condo is excellent for those looking to explore the Sun Valley Resort. In a short walk we were able to be at the base. The hosts were excellent at adapting our stay due to some unpredictable events in our travel plans. For sure they help us to easy up our stay.

Easy 10 min walk to River Run lodge and downtown Ketchum. Two things I wish this property/unit had are a small (stackable) washer/dryer and a hottub and/or sauna but for the price it was perfect. No complaints. The unit was really nice and had everything to prepare meals and be comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute place. Good location, can walk to town. Make sure sure stairs are okay for guests as bedrooms and bathroom up steep staircases. Condo was clean and comfortable. Staff thru whole booking, checkin and check out were great to work with. Condo could use some work on patio and grass entrance. Not very appealing. Needs TLC!

The property was in a nice, residential area and exactly as advertised. We had no problems. However, renters should be advised of 2 things: 1-it was in the upper 80s and the upper two bedrooms were extremely hot. 2-The entry to the home was a sliding door that was hard to get to latch to secure and could only be locked from the inside by baring it with a stick. To add to that, the screen door didn’t connect to anything to actually close. The only way to get any air into the complex was to leave the door wide open to the outside, which felt unsafe in an unfamiliar city. If they fixed that, this condo would be great.
