Almost Heaven Spacious Gulf-Front Condo with Incredible Views

Very nice condo. My wife, myself, and our 3 young children loved it! 10 out of 10. Will stay here again.

Stayed here 6/21thru 6/28 .Condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Had problem with air conditioner on the 3 rd day. Called and they had it fixed in 2 hrs. would definitely stay here again. Close to pool, beach and pier. Loved It .

This is our 7th time staying at BCR, I believe. We have come to love this beach and can't imagine staying anywhere else. You can't go wrong with this property!

This is the second time staying in this condo. It seems that they are not keeping their amenities updated. The jacuzzi tub in the master still doesn't work and now the automatic icemaker no longer works. Although they weren't listed, it makes you think that the property is not maintained well. Although it appears they put new vinyl flooring in the living area instead of carpet throughout. We came during April and some extremely stormy weather. Didn't get to enjoy the balcony due to high winds and all furniture was inside the condo. No mention of weather, etc from property manager upon check-in. Still spent time on the glorious beach. May have to look at another place

Undoubtedly the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in for the money. No commercial invasion yet in Navarre. Highly recommend Beach Colony resort.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was that our condo did not feel clean. The floors were truly filthy, we had to keep our feet covered the whole time, there was a black sticky film on all the floors. There were alarming evidences of a spotty cleaning job, such as a used bandaid by the nightstand, used dental floss in the floor, and even a sanitary sticker from some ones baiting suit stuck to our bed? This was disappointing because we never felt quite at ease with the sanitation of our environment.

Elevators were both not working properly. We got stuck multiple times for several minutes. One time up to 30 minutes! It was very disappointing to pay so much for a condo and have to take 13 flights of stairs.
