All the comforts of home; Centrally located resort condo in Wells / Ogunquit ME

This is our second summer staying here. The owner and property manager have great communication, the property is very clean, and perfect for our family of four. The heated pool is perfect to come back to after the beach and my kids loved the ping pong table. We will be back again next year.

Very nice place my kids really enjoyed the pool. The nearby beaches were also big hits. Both footbridge beach and the public part of moody beach were really nice. They were close enough to take a walk to but too far for my kids to walk while carrying beach stuff so we drove and paid to park by the hour.The pullout couch worked well for my kid and was easy to put back in each morning. Beds were comfy. Communication was good- I was able to request sheets and towels to be provided in advance and they were.

We’re so happy to have found this vacation home! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of all the must-see attractions. We were truly impressed by how clean and well-kept the condo was, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches and supplies provided. It made our stay even more enjoyable!The pool was perfect for my two year old twins. Hope to return to Maine in the future and will definitely return to this condo.

A tastefully decorated top floor condo 4 mins drive from Ogunquit and close to Footbridge Beach. Well appointed and a great size for our family of 3 adults.

Very clean, on point, great communication.

Very clean and enough room for three people. The property manager was very helpful and provided plenty of linens.Overall, we were happy with our short stay (2 nights).

Myself, my best friend and our girls had a great time. We now need to get a ping pong table :)

Everything we wanted and needed, our 4 year old loved the pool!!

Unit was accurately described, clean and well maintained. We liked how close it was to downtown Ogunquit, restaurants and other activities we had planned. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first time not staying within walking distance to Footbridge Beach and had no issues. We drove to the beach, no issues with parking, and my kids loved coming back to the pool. Very clean and provides linen and towels. We will back.

Convenient, nice and quiet. Only negative point was the cleanliness of the propery that could improve a little (food on tve kitchen floor, underneath the table, when we arrived). But very positive overall.

This is a nice property but some of the info provided should be clearer. The listing clearly stated linens are not provided. We brought our own (which needed to be purchased specifically for this trip as we don't have beds the sizes of those in this unit) The day before arrival I received a message asking if we wanted linens to be provided. I did not respond as I had already purchased them and it wasn't clear if there would be an extra charge to use the ones offered. When we arrived the linens were waiting in the unit. I went to extra expense and it would have been nice to know that I didn't need to especially since they are nothing I need for my own home. It also wasn't communicated what needed to be done with regard to washing or even if the beds needed to be stripped before leaving. I also wish that I had known how bad the traffic gets going in to Ogunquit. I would likely have stayed closer if I had known. We sat in a lot of traffic going in and out of town, even though it isn't that far. The unit itself was nice and the pool was great even though the water was VERY cold. Just need to clear up your communication on what is and is not provided and the check-out expectations.

It was a wonderful stay! Perfect location! Awesome pool!

We arrived at 20h00, it was real hot (90 deg) no air conditioned working. The toilet of the main restroom wasn't working and even its wall valve wasn't working either. The next morning , we had a very good day light. It was very dirty, so we decided to split the cleaning projetc to all of our 4 persones in order to live a good stay. So in conclusion, we are very very disapointed about the quality overall, and very very surprised about the reviews. That really remove any credibility ti teh reviews..
