Stayed Jul 23, 2022The condo is very nicely decorated and is a corner unit with a nice view. All amenities needed for a week's vacation are provided! The unit contained new modern TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. The location is close to shopping, beaches, a marina, the bay, and restaurants. Unfortunately, early in our stay, there was a lightning strike on the building we stayed in that caused us to evacuate the condo for an evening while firefighters tried to turn off the alarm. We had no use of the elevator for the remainder of our stay. We had limited use of the pool and splash pad due to unscheduled cleaning and scheduled cleaning and issues with the security fobs working on gates throughout the week. While the unit if very nice, we went in knowing we had no use of the covered parking or owner's storage unit, but other vacationers mentioned their unit came with covered parking, beach chairs, bikes, etc. Food for thought in the future. This unit only had one fob which can be problematic if you have multiple adults staying in the unit and want to perform different activities each day as you need a fob to access the property, pool, etc. The owner did check on us after the lightning strike and explained all the issues were outside his control, which we agree with, but limited use of the facility all week was not what we envisioned when we booked this condo.

Stayed Mar 26, 2022Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and very well furnished. It had all we needed plus some. The pool and grill area are perfect for an evening in. Our snorkeling excursion left from from the marina at the propriety so it was very well located. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Mar 1, 2022Our stay was very enjoyable, and we so appreciated the abundantly equipped kitchen and immaculate bed and bath facilities. There was plenty of room for visiting family, and the pool area was conveniently located. Everything we needed for our stay was well provided for. Rambunctious children in the unit above were the only disturbances of peace we experienced, but John was prompt to respond to our calls for assistance. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks at your lovely place!
