Stayed Jun 20, 2025Perfect place for us to stay. My daughter had a class at ASU West and this was a short 10 minute drive. Nice pool, tennis courts and BBQs were available to guests. The place was super nice and newly renovated with a washer and dryer in the unit. I’d stay again. We stayed for 8 days.

Stayed Nov 18, 2025I was delighted with this property. Everything was in order and as presented via the listing. We had a tiny issue that was easily rectified by the owner. The furnishing were newer than it shows in the photos which was a nice surprise. Sometimes short term rental show signs of neglect but not this one. The unit is taken care of with kid gloves. Access to Phoenix roads and sites was easy too being only a few minutes from main highways. I expect to request this unit again when I am in Phoenix next year.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025We came to Phoenix for Spring Training. Great location with easy access to interstate for traveling to all stadiums. The screened in porch was awesome and so peaceful listening to the stream. Condo was so clean and decorated so nicely. We'd stay again if we venture out to any future Spring Training games! Stayed Jan 18, 2025This place is absolutely great! I highly recommend it! Millie and Rod were great. They answered right away with any of our questions I would so stay here again. Easy walk to Starbucks and the pond and river and walk way are awesome. Can’t say enough about both the place and the owners .

Stayed Nov 11, 2024We stayed for a week in November. The condo was beautifully appointed. The furniture was very comfortable as was the king bed. The lanai was so relaxing with a babbling brook running past it. Close to lots of restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely choose it again. Thanks Millie for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024I booked this property while planning a trip to Phoenix with my son and mom. The location was perfect and right off the I-17. The condo exceeded our expectations and was lovely. The furnishings and decor were amazing. There was some landscaping noise each morning while we were there due to a project being completed, but our host was attentive and had no control over the timing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when jn the Phoenix area! Lots of space, comfortable beds and beautiful property.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024We have been VRBO users for about 18 years. First with our children and now as empty nesters. This property is probably one of the best that we’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness communication and amenities were all top-notch! The property is obviously well taken care of, and as a frequent Vrbo user it was so nice to have actual dinnerware silverware, and Appliances that matched and were of quality. Would highly recommend this property.
