Sleeping eight, it offers two king master suites, a guest room with two full beds, and a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring ample room for everyone.

The highlight is the breathtaking outdoor living: both the main living area and main master suite open via sliding doors onto a vast, 285 sq. ft. covered balcony. Imagine waking up to spectacular ocean views from your king-sized bed. A second, private balcony off the guest master offers an intimate escape with its own stunning Gulf vistas and private bath.

Inside, nine-foot ceilings enhance the open-concept design. The living area features beach-inspired decor, recliner, and a (sleeper) sofa for maximum relaxation. Host family meals at the dining table for four, with six more seats available at the oversized granite kitchen bar—all positioned to capture the floor-to-ceiling views. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Modern conveniences include four LED TVs with cable/streaming, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and stylish LVP and tile flooring throughout (no carpet). This is more than a condo; it's your luxurious home away from home.

Important Policies:
~ Each reservation comes with a maximum of two parking passes and eight wristbands (ages 8 and up require a wristband)
~ Guests must register and pay $50 for each parking pass. A separate email link will be sent to register guest vehicles.
~ Signed rental agreement must be completed in order to confirm reservation.
~ A $300 security deposit is required for all reservations.
~ Name & Date of Birth for every guest staying is required.
~ Vehicle information (year, make, model, color) is required for each vehicle.
~ Primary guest minimum age is 25; copy of primary rental guest's drivers license is required to confirm age requirement is met.

    The condo is in great shape and looks even nicer in person than it does in the pictures. Stunning views. Amazing location. We had great communication with the owner, who was very friendly and made some accommodations to improve our stay. We've stayed all over PCB and 30A, and we'd definitely try to book this condo again.

    Brent’s Beach was a perfect place to stay for Our family. We lived having the 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms which gave all of the kids and us our space! The balcony use was awesome?

    This is a great beachfront condo with beautiful views from almost every room. The large balcony is an added plus! This condo is very well equipped with everything you will need throughout your stay. Parking is tight if you drive a larger vehicle, so I’d suggest taking a smaller vehicle if possible. While this didn’t apply to us, I know it may apply to some visitors-mopeds and golf carts are not allowed at Sterling Reef, so make sure you are aware beforehand. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

    Immediately after booking, I received an email from owner, Brent, with rental agreement, check-in times, codes for various access at the property, and a brochure created by him outlining rules and various amenities at and around the resort. Communication via text and email with him was responded to immediately. Initial impression of this unit was like watching an episode of fixer upper on HGTV. Attention to detail is second to none. I truly believe that the unit was remodeled as if the owner himself was living there! Everything you need, including a margarita maker, is supplied. The PS4, all the card games, and puzzles kept kids busy. By far one of the best vacation units I have rented! Recommend - absolutely! Book again - without question if available!

    This was my first time booking this way and I’m so glad I went with Brent’s beach condo. The condo was perfect for our group. Quiet but easy access to the elevator. Cute beach decor and spacious living areas. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Wonderful views from the great patio. Best of all was Brent! He worked with and reassured me throughout the process. Great communication and always quick responses. My adult children were also impressed and want to make our visit a yearly tradition. Thanks so much Brent for sharing your beautiful home and making us feel so welcome!

    Everything was beautiful. We had a slight mix up with armbands and parking passes but it was taken care of immediately. Communication was phenomenal. The condo has been well maintained. We will be back for another stay! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!❤️
