As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

As you enter PIER 610, you are welcomed into a space where modern elegance meets comfort. The condo features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each an oasis of tranquility. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second bedroom, equipped with two twin beds, offers a cozy and inviting space, ideal for friends or family.



Each bedroom is complemented by its private bathroom, providing both convenience and privacy. These bathrooms are outfitted with premium fixtures and stocked with exquisite L'Occitane products, ensuring a spa-like experience for each guest.



The heart of the condo is the living area, a harmonious blend of style and functionality. The space is designed for relaxation, with comfortable seating and contemporary decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for leisure and social gatherings.



The kitchen in PIER 610 is fully equipped with modern appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or an elaborate dinner, the kitchen is designed to make cooking a pleasure.



Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym as well.



The building has 24-hour security staff.



Guest Access:

Situated on the 6th floor of PIER 57, the condo offers a sense of elevation and exclusivity. The building's amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and communal lounge areas, are available to enhance your stay.

Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.



The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and rooftop terrace.



For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!



The Neighborhood:

This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone, just 1 block away from Beach Los Muertos Pier, and surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, Coco's Kitchen, The Pancake House, great bars and night clubs.

Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access..

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

    Loved the upper pool deck and unit was clean and modern. I wished that it was a sea view instead of a courtyard but the pool made up for it.

    The overall stay was awesome. I gave 3 stars for location only because of the many stairs to get to the building. Being a senior with hip problems, it was difficult to climb the stairs.

    We loved this property. It was so easy to walk to good restaurants, bars, and shopping. The rooftop pool is great, and having the pool bar for an afternoon drink while hanging out was a highlight. The condo was clean and modern. It was easy to communicate with the host and housekeeping everyday was a nice touch. I will say, you can hear everything and everyone coming and going, and some people do come rolling in at 2am. We would definitely stay here again.

    I have stayed in this building probably five times. And, we were having a great time until the Property manager accused us of staining the floor reom a bathing suit that dripped on the floor. There was nothing there so we got into a big fight. I have photos to prove it. then I had to point out to them that the washing machine did not work, the front door lock was broken and they misrepresented their balcony which is open to the interior of the building not to the exterior. Then she claimed I threatened her when all I said was, I was going to write them an appropriate review.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a two bedroom near the back which was very quiet. Smaller view but we weren't in the unit very long because the rooftop is spectacular. Drinks on the roof were very reasonable. One of us worked on line using zoom for part of it - internet was perfect!. Will try to book for two weeks next year. Sincerely, 2 happy, well rested Canadians.
