As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again.Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

This state-of-the-art flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with three flex bedrooms which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.



PIER 108 is a testament to luxurious living, located on the ground floor of the PIER 57 building. This condo unfolds over two floors, each meticulously designed to offer an unparalleled living experience.



Upon entering, you are welcomed into a stunning living space that radiates elegance and sophistication. The area is accentuated by a large bay window that stretches across the room, flooding the space with natural light and offering views of the serene garden and inviting hot tub. This living area, with its plush seating and stylish decor, is perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests.



The ground floor also hosts one of the three bedrooms, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom is a haven of tranquility, providing guests with a restful and private retreat.



Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, each equally luxurious and well-appointed. Both bedrooms boast king-size beds, ensuring a comfortable and serene sleeping experience. The thoughtful layout and design of these bedrooms provide guests with ample space and privacy.



PIER 108 is equipped with a total of four bathrooms, each designed with elegance and equipped with high-quality fixtures, like our L'Occitane cosmetics, ensuring convenience and luxury for all guests. The inclusion of a fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and sleek design elements. Whether you're crafting a simple meal or an elaborate feast, this kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.



The rooftop of PIER 57 is unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym as well.

The building has 24-hour security staff.



Guest Access:

Guests can use the entire apartment and amenities, including a beautiful rooftop pool and jacuzzi, the ocean-view gym, a terrace, cabanas, a tanning area, and a pool bar. The lobby is also available for guest use and is staffed with 24/7 security.



The Neighborhood:

This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone, just 1 block away from Beach Los Muertos Pier, and surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, Coco's Kitchen, The Pancake House, great bars and night clubs.

Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: ONLY Service animals are admitted with official documentation. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

GARDENING: You must allow the gardeners to enter; otherwise, a $20 USD fee will be charged for each day they are not allowed access.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside

Irrecoverably stained rug → $100 USD

Smoking indoors → $200 USD (professional deodorization)

Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report

    This place was amazing and even better than advertised. Clean, next to the pier, restaurants and shopping in the centre of Zona Romantic. The rooftop pool and amenities was something else…out of this world and the pictures can’t do its justice. I give this property a 6 out of 5 stars!!! Highly recommend this to anyone that looks for a condo vacation rental!!!

    My group had an absolutely amazing stay at this location. The photos are truly true to what you get. The unit was clean, fully stocked, and extremely spacious with tons of open lighting. While we didn't use it much, we loved that there was an outdoor patio to the unit. The hot tub was smaller than we were anticipating (we were a group of 5 men, so we could not all be in there at once), but that gave us an excuse to go up to the pool! The rooftop truly made this trip magical for us. The infinity pool was a blast, had gorgeous 360 degree views of the ocean and local greenery, and the staff truly made us feel so special (HUGE shoutout to Rose for taking care of us every day!). The location was super central to where we were spending our time in Zona Romantica, which is exactly what we wanted. If you are trying to be closer to central PV, this may not be the spot since it is a ways away. We would absolutely stay here again and plan to do so when we come back to PV! We loved the unit, loved the building, and all of the amenities were so special.The ONLY thing we ran into was that we didn't receive any housekeeping, which we were under the impression was something that was a part of the experience, but compared to everything else we had, it made no difference! We loved our stay here!

    This was our second time in PV, would stay at this property again. Spacious unit, plenty of amenities. Location is ideal for beach, shops, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. There are outlets in bathrooms, they are just hidden under the countertops. The unit was very very quiet. A little tricky upstairs with the sliding walls between bedrooms, a few other quirks but we figured it out. Great stay, thank you!

    Great location and check in process. Unit is modern and just as pictured. Things to note: where are no power outlets in any bathrooms and lighting is very dim in communal areas at night
