Stayed Dec 26, 2025We recently stayed at this condo and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent—quiet, safe, and very family-oriented. It’s also just a short walk to the beach and 5th Avenida, and there’s a grocery store about a 7-minute walk from the resort, which was very convenient. The staff on site are friendly and helpful, and all the necessary basics were provided for our stay.Mercedes was wonderful to communicate with—very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions, concerns, or issues that came up. We also used the chef services she recommended, and they were fantastic!The condo itself could use some updating and a bit of TLC, and it’s worth noting that there is no traditional oven, only a microwave oven. Additionally, the resort next door can get quite loud, with music playing through most of the afternoon and evening, which may not be ideal for light sleepers.Despite a few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the great location and attentive support from Mercedes.

Stayed Nov 4, 2023This location was central to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property is very comfortable and large but could use some minor updates for some wear and tear. You will hear music from the surrounding clubs all the time but inside the room is quiet. The pool is gorgeous and the swim up bar is very convenient.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023As some folks said, there is a little wear n tear on the unit but MUCH less than some reviews. The roof top pool was not ready and took a call to get going and the finish in the pool is not as nice as others but my daughter loved it and spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was well stocked and seemed to have everything we needed. The big downer? It’s time to upgrade the A/C unit! It’s crazy loud. While we were there the weather was super hot so the A/C was needed 24/7. It worked great but made sleep rough. Again, most of the year it’s probably not a problem but with lows of 80 degrees at 4:00 am and near 100 percent humidity it just had to stay on. Overall a great experience and the staff were quick to respond. Thanks, Jim
