Airy condo near the beach with pool, tennis court, WiFi, AC, & washer/dryer

Wonderful experience!

Condo was outstanding -- comfortable, clean and owners did a great job in providing everything needed for an outstanding vacation. Condo was fully equipped and even had everything needed for your beach experience -- chairs, umbrellas and more. Highly recommend. Communications with management of the condo left a lot to be desired -- no less it didn't detract from our vacation and this wonderful condo.

The condo is located about 1.5 miles from the center of Rehoboth - an easy bike ride or an easy drive. Also, the bike trail was very convenient as well as easy access to Coastal Hwy. We had three adult children with us and there was plenty of room to sleep and hang out. There is a nice little deck with a few chairs. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked most nights. We appreciated that the condo had laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap , garbage bags - all the kind of stuff that you need but you don't necessarily want to pack. We would stay again.

We loved the unit. It was perfect. Super clean and well appointed. The process couldn’t have been easier or more worry free.

I booked mid March for an early August stay. The property appeared to have changed rental companies 3 times during those 4 months so that I was offered 3 different sets of insurance, forced to read the legalize of 3 different renters agreements and make my payments to multiple companies- each with their own set of fees. The check in and check out times changed with each company. From the minute I booked with VRBO I could never go to that site for any property details. It felt a little like a “bait and switch “ situation. It was frustrating. In the end, it all worked out, but it was not a typical easy, user-friendly VRBO booking. Why even allow a property to be listed on VRBO if you are not able to allow access to property details? State that right up front upon booking that guest will no longer be able to use VRBO site for any trip details.

Condo was clean and just the right size for our family. The surrounding properties were all beautiful and immaculately kept along with the pool area. Grande allows you to enjoy a quiet atmosphere with little traffic while being just minutes from the beach and all the main attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
