Stayed May 9, 2025We were just in town for ENMU graduation & wanted something more comfortable than a hotel. This space was perfect for that.The bedrooms have ac units to keep you extra-cool at night, but the main ac unit just wasn't able to get below 74. Luckily it was in the 70s outside. It would have been uncomfortable in the heat of summer.The complex that the unit is located in was quiet, with kids playing in the shared front yard area & shaded. BYO chair & table.Also, Chilis & Dennys are a short walk away!

Stayed Aug 26, 2024First I was given the wrong apartment number couldn’t get in until I called was given Apartment B and actual room was apartment D up an old wooden staircase that was totally unsafe to climb I am 70 years old The stairs were ready to fall over

Stayed Dec 15, 2022This was our second time staying at this location. The host is amazing and responds quickly. The unit had all of the features we needed and even some we didn’t (if you’re traveling with little ones, there’s a pack-n-play available). Without a doubt, if I’m ever in Clovis, NM again this is where I’m staying!!!
