We reached out to you guys and one day. I guess someone talked to the guy working and he stopped for a little bit, but their continued drilling and pounding was very upsetting because it was not peaceful. It was like someone was drilling holes in our head. We couldn’t even hear the TV... It was very frustrating even though we reached out several times we were hoping we would get a discount maybe on the next time we booked for this inconvenience. The only other thing was the fact that that bathroom is outside of the patio and often times it smelled like a bathroom... But that wouldn’t deter us from going back.

Everything was fantastic except for the construction that was the above us the entire seven days oh actually, we had one day off on Sunday and it was so loud we couldn’t even watch TV and relax and it didn’t stop until 6 o’clock and then sometimes it went on longer on Saturday so we would be really nice and we would love to stay again, but we would like some sort of discount or something because we one day we couldn’t leave because of the rain and the other days we left to walk just to get out of the house, but we would come back to it… But we love the facility the amenities that condo was beautiful and it was perfect except for the six days of construction work above us. It was banging, drilling, sewing sounded like bodies were being thrown up there you know things falling, so it was not a peaceful experience for what we feel we paid for… But again we would go there again, but we would I guess need to say if they’re gonna be construction above us.

Do NOT stay here for the next few months UNLESS you plan on not being in the unit between the hours of 8-5 including weekends. There is a complete remodel happening in the unit upstairs which caused consistently loud noises including hammers, saws, and heavy boots throughout the day. If you want a peaceful place to relax, this isn’t it. I would recommend another location until the demo and renovations are completed. Owners provided a small discount and ignored any further requests for open dialogue. Overall we were disappointed this construction wasn’t disclosed prior to our stay as the construction work was disclosed to the HOA office and the owners were certainly aware ahead of time. Aside from this glaring issue, the property was clean and recently remodeled. Location was close to the beach. There is some homelessness and heavy late night drinking happening near the public restrooms right outside the property bedroom window at night but this is not in the control of the owners. I would recommend the area and the unit with the caveat that the construction would need to be completed. Location is near a busy road, but very convenient for the beach and great amenities at North Coast Village. Overall I would stay here or at a nearby unit again. We have stayed with Make My Vacation in the past without issue, this was our first negative experience.

The beach view was a little obstructed with the public restroom across the street. However, we could see enough for it to be enjoyable! And would come back to this location again. The only downside for us was the construction of a remodel going on above us made it so it was not very relaxing inside

We like the location. This is our second time staying here. Last year it had everything we needed, but this year there was no tinfoil, saran wrap or baggies. We like to do some cooking occasionally.

This was a great condo. Exactly on the beach as described. We stay here every year and will always rent right here. They have all the amenities and everything is in walking distance or a short drive. We learned this year to order food delivery to 900 The Strand N and put in special delivery instructions to the patio we were at. Very easy. Love this place and can't wait until next time!

Place was nice and kept clean

Not enough towels for 3 people. I would suggest staying at a hotel and we will be doing so next time. The price point is just too high and not really worth it.

This brought extreme homelessness and cars trucks parked in front. Homeless people bathing 10 ft away from you.This made my family feel very unsafe. Please put pictures of that bathroom in the ad. Was very mis-leading

We LOVED the property, it had everything we needed. We had a WONDERFUL time in Oceanside. We can't wait to go back and we hope to stay there again. One minor problem, the ceiling fans and lights in the rooms were all connected which was a little bit annoying. You'd turn one fan on and the lights in another room would go off or vice versa. We could not find any instructions for them. It was not enough to ruin our stay though.

Five of us stayed at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed and conveniently located just steps from the beach. It provided the perfect setting for a combined birthday and Mother’s Day getaway. The property was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent, and we encountered no issues during our stay.

5 of us in our 60's. We appreciated the walk in shower in this nicely updated condo. The location was perfect and the view was wonderful. The public bathroom across the street was not a problem. Only downfall was the sofa bed was uncomfortable. If we stay here again we will bring an air mattress.

This is our second time in this unit and we LOVE it! We were aware of it's location the first time we stayed. For us it's totally worth having public restrooms in view because the sand is literally steps away from the back patio. Getting on the sand is a priority for us, walking to the pier, to the harbor and we enjoy watching cool/classic cars drive by. We will be back sooner than later. Thank you.

Extremely roomy and we loved the colors of aqua and beige it was decorated with. The couch was very roomy as welland big! It folded out to a queen-sized bedas we'll as a king in the master and twins in the 2nd bedroom.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, we used paper, and plenty of plastic and glass glasses. We didn't have to take anything but clothes and food. There were great kitchen appliances, toaster, blender, crock pot, air fryer and utensils.I would stay here again! Definitely!

At first I was a little worried about the bathrooms being so close but it turned out it was a non issue. The views were beautiful, the beach was steps away, and everything was very clean.
