Stayed Dec 28, 2025We enjoyed the first floor access for easy move in/move out and proximity to the pool (although we never used it due to colder temps) and access to the boardwalk down to the beach. The unit was clean and stocked with all of the items needed for a short stay.

The pool area was also incredible - the pool was spotless and the beach was just close enough - less than a 5 minute walk.We couldn't have asked for more. Bill has thought of everything with this unit. It was impeccably clean and had every convenience we desired. The pool area was fantastic—the pool was spotless, and the beach was conveniently located just a short walk away, less than five minutes. Would definitely plan on going back and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in St. Augustine away from the hub-bub of the downtown area which was only a pleasant 20 minute drive.

The hosts were incredibly prompt responders and worked with us to make sure that we were able to take our vacation, regardless of some inclement weather that was forecasted. The beautiful, bright, clean, and open condo right on the beach was a restful home base to enjoy the outdoors and the city. (And every amenity was working well and provided for us!) will definitely be back:)

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The layout and location were perfect for a beach getaway with my wife. The mattress was a bit soft for me but that is not a huge deal. The beach is a drive on (which I did not realize) but it was nice anyway. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024I had an amazing time! The condo is clean, safe, and close to the beach! All the equipment you need for a day at the beach is avalaible! Quality restaurants near by for meals. A perfect location to unwind and relax! I will be back again!

Stayed Jul 21, 2024The Condo was close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean, and there wasn't any absurd cleaning instructions for us. There were some pool toys and chairs in the closet. The beach was only a 5 minute walk or less. St. Augustine was less than a 20 minute drive. Everyone at the location kept to themselves. The bed is high up off the ground, and it's very soft. The pull out bed in the living room was comfortable as well. Great place to stay.
