Stayed Dec 21, 2025Great location, close to purgatory. The only setback was there was no coffee maker. We brought it to the owners attention and we’re delivered one the next day. Great day.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025This is our second stay in this condo and that should speak for itself. The location is convenient for skiing and convenient if you need to run into Durango, the property is clean and spacious enough to house 2 adults and 4 teens from 12 to 17 without feeling crowded. This is our second spring break in this unit and we hope to be able to book again for next year. The property management was accommodating when we had a minor issue and it was fixed in a flash with zero inconvenience to us. The owners left a nice welcome gift that was sincerely appreciated! Love this place, highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024This property was nice, roomy enough for 7 of us, and met our needs. We had originally booked out stay at another property, but they cancelled our reservations the day before we were scheduled to arrive. Thankfully we were able to find and book this property on short notice. We were a little nervous about staying somewhere that was available last minute, but this place did not disappoint. We will definitely consider this property if we go to Durango again. Two people in our party would have preferred to have air conditioning, but we did just fine with open windows and fans running.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Everything thing was great as far as location. Beds were good. Plenty of room for everyone. Need some bigger pa s for cooking and most dishes were dirty.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024We were in the Durango area on a business trip and the Pine Acres location was ideal for our needs. Had i been on vacation it would have been a great spot for exploring the many activities available in the area. The house was clean and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. I would recommend this property to anybody looking to explore this beautiful part of the world.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024This condo was easy to book, management company provided easy check in and check out instructions and were readily available if needed. The condo was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our entire crew of 2 teen and 2 pre-teen boys, myself and my husband. It was close to skiing and close to Durango, right in the middle. We loved it, would recommend it and would definitely stay again!
