Adorable Modern 1-Bedroom Condo in Downtown Traverse City W/Parking

This property was great. Very warm and welcoming. Great pillows, towels, blankets. Super comfortable. Given great directions on how to park with maps and pictures.

This was a cute little one bedroom on the garden level of the condo. There was a parking pass to use at the structure right next door which was no issue at all and an easy in and out. The location was ideal to be close to downtown but far enough away from noise and traffic. The ONLY things to note about this was there was no tea kettle, which isn't a thing to most ppl but i did miss it in the morning, and the unit we rented had a frequent water sound which we assumed was the use of the toilets or showers upstairs running thru the pipes. But you could hear it as if it was draining right into our shower. Not a deal breaker as this doesn't seem to be an issue while trying to sleep, but was something to note. Overall a great little place that we would rent again!

Property is in an excellent location. Within walking distance to many great restaurants and the charming shops of Old town Traverse City. The condo is new, clean and well equipped. It would’ve been nice if there was an outdoor space.

Perfect stay! Super clean and great location; we walked to so many nice restaurants etc. The host provided excellent check in and out instructions including where to park, spots to eat, how to enter and exit etc. Absolutely loved this little condo as a landing base for a weekend stay. Highly recommend!

Cute place in a great location..parking is limited in the lot so garage parking pass was a bonus. Would stay again, highly recommended!

This was perfect! Was less than a 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown, so we could leave the car in the parking garage (having that pass was SO convenient). All we needed was a place to sleep and shower for a couple nights while we explored the area. But if you need someplace for more than that, this place more than fits the bill!! Everything you could need, and all SUPER CLEAN!! Check in instructions were so easy to understand and covered everything. I can’t recommend this property and host enough!!

The condo was really cute and was in a great location. My only complaint is that there is mold in the bedroom (several spots on the ceiling) and the condo had a mildew smell.

The condo was wonderful. The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed. It is in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The communication with the host was fabulous and quick. He made sure we were happy and had what we needed!

Beautiful condo! The hosts have really thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. And their responsiveness is second to none. Will stay again if we are in the area.

The location was amazing and having the parking spot was really nice. It made going out for the day hassle free knowing you had a spot to come back too. The place was quiet and well maintained. Amenities were good and communication with Sean was on point. I did note that there wasn't replacement tissue nor could I find the welcome package with additional restaurants and sights that Sean mentioned in welcome email. But these were extremely minor points. Oh, and I loved the map on the kitchen table. I found myself referencing it often during my stay.

Great stay in traverse city. Lots of great walkable restaurants and parks and got a bonus cherry festival and air show while visiting. Parking was a definite plus. Will come back to visit again!!

We love renting from Sean! This is at least our third time and we love this property. The included parking is a great perk. The space is very clean and has everything you need!

Excellent stay! We loved the location. It was so easy to walk to so much, food, shops, entertainment. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. I don’t know but seriously had the best towels and toilet paper of any rental I’ve used. Very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back to visit.

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for us and our toddler. Easy entry and the parking pass came in handy. The location was great and within walking distance to everything. We got to the condo 10 mins early and having to sit and wait for our access code to be activated at exactly 4pm was the only downfall, but that’s on us for timing. Great stay just don’t arrive early :)

This was a great little condo. Perfect for a couple who are going to spend time out and about in TC. So much within walking distance we hardly needed our car all weekend.

We (husband and wife) loved this quiet and convenient apartment in downtown Traverse City for a fall getaway weekend. Having a parking spot in a garage was a huge bonus, and we could walk to everything. Would definitely return in any season!

My bestie and I try to meet up for an annual fall get away. This year it had to be mid week and in Michigan. Traverse City turned out to be the perfect location. The condo at Capri was close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown. The Mission peninsula wineries were a short drive. The hosts recommended great restaurants. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. The host did a great job providing all the details needed for our stay. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The welcome information was emailed to us, it provided photos so we would know each step of the arrival procedures. Unit was clean, neat, and spacious. Area was quiet at night. Parking at the unit was free, with the parking pass. Close to downtown so we could walk and not worry driving and finding a parking lot. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed while in Traverse City.

Generally the description is very accurate. The king bad is very comfortable and parking is available but tight. The (free with pass provided) parking in the next door garage means no concerns with parking. (A big plus) I noticed that someone who parked overnight in the handicapped spot did get a ticket, so guests take note. The 4pm check in is quite literal. Not one minute earlier even if it is already cleaned - door must be on a timer. Because it’s partially below ground it is very humid which means towels need to go into the dryer to become dry. The instructions to access everything is well done. It would be helpful to have the same for the cable TV setup since there are three remotes. Otherwise well stocked with typical stuff you need when traveling. Traverse City is very nice and this is a good option.

Clean and new with comfortable king sized bed. Walkable to all the downtown restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Responsive and very helpful host. Having parking card available for the garage next door was a big plus.

Location was great. For a shorter stay the sleeper sofa was good, but extended stays better for a couple. Definitely recommend this location
